    I had purchased an engine from this company in December 2023. I had paid to have it shipped to me and had thoroughly discussed with the company what was on the engine I was receiving and what condition it was in. Upon receiving the engine, we had noticed parts were broken on it and it was not in the shape that was described over the phone. We had called the auto wrecker repeatedly and the call went to voicemail everytime. We left numerous messages and never received a call back. After the 30 day money back guarantee was up, the company finally called us back. The woman was extremely combative over the phone, accused us of not being truthful about the state of the engine. She had asked to call our mechanic and stated she would call us back afterwards. We then gave her the phone number to our mechanic and never received a call back. We had spoke to the mechanic and he had stated that Oliver auto wrecking had called him and he explained what was wrong with the engine. He asked the company what they were going to do to make things right. The company responded that they are going to do nothing, as they had sent me an engine. We have yet to hear back from this company on this matter and it has been months now. We feel like we were duped by this company because not only did they not send what was agreed upon and paid for, but they had also purposely avoided our calls until after their 30 day return policy was passed.

    I was sold an engine with a 30 day money back guarantee. Never could get a phone call returned after it was paid for and shipped to me. ************ called, I called, my boyfriend called. Save yourself the hassle of getting ripped off like I did and don't use this company.

    First of all we sold this engine that was tested as we have done for over 25 years.

    As well as giving these customers a $ ****** discount off the engine due to the on going complaining of being so broke.It was near Christmas time .so thought that would be nice

    We left more parts on the motor than we usually do another added bonus for them and for the mechanic to make the re re easier and less money....to help out AGAIN

    We were then closed for a couple weeks for christmas holidays,( which they were aware of)....however on our message service system,it did say to email if need be......NEVER EVER received an email

    Also NEVER did their mechanic call , email or leave any messages to talk with us.The reason for that is the mechanic charged them more for labour than what he quoted,so they thought they could get the money from us stating that it was our issue..

    We came back from holidays and spoke with both the customers and the mechanic......The mechanic stated he was all paid up and not his problem....

    so really  unsure of WHY these customers are trying to degrade a well established business for over 25 years

    treating them more than fair.....

    sounds like slander to me
