- The return of current catalogue merchandise, in new condition, is subject to a 20% restocking charge and must be pre-approved by OK Vinyl Products. Returns will be accepted if accompanied by reference to the original invoice number and date of receipt. Return product must be clean, wrapped and bundled, regardless of the reason for return. No custom fabricated or custom routed material will be accepted for return. All merchandise must be returned freight prepaid unless otherwise specified.
