      In January QMC accidentally billed me a week earlier then their date on the invoice they sent me. I didn’t have enough money in my account as my pay day was after this date but before the initial date on the invoice. For this reason I got charged NFT fees. I also missed work to chase up what happened. QMC refused to reimburse me for this so I took them to small claims court. When they received the court paperwork, they then emailed me saying they forgot to post transactions to my account that I now suddenly owe them. I informed them of receipts for these payments that I have, receipts they provided. Since my response they have refused to reply to me about, they just say I have to handle it in court. They are *********** to remove the money from my account again, even though I have proof of payment. This is purely just to harass me. I’ve sent them multiple emails proving payment. I can forward the evidence.

      QMC doesn’t stop billing me and continues to take money from account months after they sent me a confirmation email stating they received the info on my move. They also charged me for the few months prior to my lease starting while I hadn’t even moved in yet. I followed their move out instructions to a T. Does anyone else have this issue? I refuse to continue to pay for the new tenant, or the landlord after I moved out, with notice! I left on really good terms, got my whole deposit from the landlord. It is just this QMC billing that refuses to stop. This billing practice is **********.
