I had them install a new roof with 15 year labor warranty in late 2020, we now have a minor leak and they dont even care to respond. Numerous calls, texts and an email has gone unanswered. I called Better Business Bureau and they said 2 other similar complaints have been filed since 2021 against this business. I was happy when they installed and seemed like good people. The leak we have is minor but the fact that they are not responding and its been 6 days since I first sent a message is alarming. I went to their so called office on Kingsway per their website is actually a public storage and receiving facility. Spread the word and save people from losing their precious belongings and homes.Initial Complaint

Hi there, Last year we had brand new gutters installed by Quantumroofing. Upon arrival they guaranteed that their work was top notch and we will be fully satisfied without any problem and given a warranty on their work. Almost immediately after installation we noticed multiple leaks through out so we tried contacting them but had zero response now that it's been raining more then usual we are seeing more and more leaks through out the house with water now damaging the wood frame of the house. We have been trying to contact them for past 6 months but we have had no response. It seems as if they are trying to avoid us even though we were promised a satisfactory installation. My mother spent her savings on getting this gutter installed *** *** *** ***** **** *** *** *******. Hopefully you can understand our frustration and help guiding us in the right direction. i had Quantum Roofing Phone: ***** ******** replace my roof and do my garage roof and gutters paid alot about 1 year after doing the roof . i got a water leak comeing from around my chimney . the guy came a put tar around it was good untill the hot summer . then the rain came and it started again they never put flashing around the chimney . i call and text them call back i have Ms h*** for to fix . i had to get son in law to go up and more liquid tar it will need flashing or i have to and redo it every year . poor service after paying alot . they need to put flashing so it dont do it anymore
