    Asked to have an out of province inspection completed. When called to let me know the inspection was completed there were some issues.When going in to pick up the vehicle and review the problems the company had not filled out and refused to fill out the proper inspection paperwork. Was given a photocopy of the mechanics notes with no measurements or description just a list of work they wanted completed. I asked to see the inspection criteria to see that what work they said needed to be done was what was needed but was refused this as well. After leaving the shop went to another shop to ask for advice on the situation and was told that they had never seen such a poor "inspection" form given to a customer for an out of province. They also noticed that they had charged me 3x for shop supplies on a 1 hour inspection where no work was completed they recommended I ask for a refund for that at the minimum but also for the full inspection due to poor workmanship and lack of paperwork for a true OOP inspection. Returning with my boyfriend I asked for a refund of the shop supplies, they refused to issue a refund to the card I paid with and just threw a $10 bill at me. No one could explain why I was charged 3x. When asking the mechanic about the inspection he responded with "I'd you don't trust me why are you here?" Why would I trust a mechanic that does not fill in the proper paperwork and charges extra fees hoping no one will notice?? After threatening to have ICBC involved for the poor inspection completed suddenly they could write up the proper papers. ******** was demeaning and rude, desk staff was unable to assist with any issues. No surprise why they were the only ones available to do an inspection on short notice
