      This company goes door to door selling this product but they don't tell you the truth and the facts. They sold us this contract. Sign up now the water dispenser is $30 and you're buying it and the first three bottles are free, total of$31.95. No mention that this is a rental. Thereafter you can schedule your delivery at $8.95 a bottle when you want or cancel the water and use your own bottle. Turns out this is not true I called head office in the *** and was told this is a rental. PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THEM The USA office was kind and helpful and canceled my order ??up to them and canadian branch please take note

      I'm not aware of us going door to door. If you could provide some more information on the name the account was setup under I can investigate further.

      I cancel my service more then 30 days ago, and still have the bottles and water dispenser, they will be pick up after 7 days and is time no one came to grab them. not really recommend Canadian Springs

      Fir the first delivery the person delivering the water and dispenser was supposed to teach me how to use everything. However, they did not call in advance and just dropped it off. Called customer service and was told to ******* it". So of course I cancelled my membership and sent everything back that week. Next month I noticed a payment out of my account. It has been a few weeks and me calling three times and I have still not received my refund. I also do not understand why they use Americans for customer service when this is supposed to be a Canadian company.

      I'm assuming you purchased your bottle at a retail store? Our bottles are meant for reuse. Just like a propane cylinder you pay an initial purchase price and can exchange the bottle for a new filled bottle at the exchange rate. If you decide you no longer want to participate in exchanging bottles for new ones you can return your bottle to the store but you are correct there is no refund. You purchased the bottle. There are many benefits to our 18 litre bottles including the elimination of single use plastic. Our bottles are refundable if receive home deliveries.

      They change your delivery dates without warning. The delivery drivers don't even bring the order up, they just take the empties. When I call in to find out what's going on I'm told that they will have my order delivered today. Then without talking to me or calling or anything at all, they cancel my order.

      I've been a customer with ******************************************************************** for I'm going to guessimate 20 years.... and for the past 10 years or more... I've been only renting the cooler, and not purchasing the bottle water.I've been charged monthly and they've been paid in full.... Last week I had called to ask for our cooler to be swapped out, as the water didn't seem that cool. First I was told they would pick it up the next day (Wednesday) ... didn't happen.. I called they said.. yes we're coming (Wednesday) nothing showed up.. called again... then they said .. Oh.. It's not coming until May 27th... no notice no nothing. We received to exchange May 27th .. all good. Until this afternoon May 28th.. when I received an email saying that if I wasn't going to purchase water from Canadian Springs... they would happily come and pick up my cooler!!Say what ???? This has been status quo, up until today.. No one has ever called to say, its' their protocol for customers to buy **********************... and not only that... no one has ever called to say, can we come and clean your cooler or anything... there's been zero contact from Canadian Springs, unless I call them.Now... I also go online and see that for the same cooler that I'm being charged $9.99 plus taxes for is offered at $5.99 lol... This company does nothing but take from it's customers.... for anyone considering starting an account with *********************************************... don't !!!!!So If I want to keep renting the cooler, I have to purchase one bottle of water for $14/ month... how ridiculous!Look at all the other poor reviews they have... that I find very reassuring that I'm on the right page. For them to contact me out of the blue after YEARS of renting a water cooler, with no water purchase... wrong wrong wrong... Then the customer service person had the audacity so say maybe were damaging the cooler... because they think we're using it for something else.Something else like what ??? Customer review rating is 1.19/5 .... makes sense I guess.

      We understand that you have been renting a cooler for many years without water with no issues. We are a water service company, and we provide coolers at a rental cost with regular deliveries of water. We do sell Primo coolers at ******* and ****** and they come with a 2 year warranty.

      Worst company to deal with - we had a business account and had to make multiple calls for them to pick up their equipment. Three weeks and counting and they still haven't come to retrieve. They promise to have people call you/come and NOTHING. Over promise zero deliver. **************** is unable/unwilling to help at all, they only thing you get is I will leave a message for the driver I will leave a message for the branch and nothing!!

      Orders came in much later than expected, coffee was expired, billing didn't match quoted prices, billing didn't match products we received, extra fees & charges.

      Totally incompetent. Waited four days in order to let them into my apt. No show and no call. Told we are short of drivers when I call. This is my problem??? Dont book deliveries then. I said I would cancel if not here the fourth time and I did yesterday. No show today to pick up cooler and bottles. If they dare to send me a bill I will be calling The Better Business Bureau. Total lack of respect for a loyal customer. Waiting for the district manager to call. I get the company is struggling but shameful to pass their struggles onto customers. I am livid at their complete respect of my time and will spread the word far and wide. I see by the comments I am not the only one. Wake up! Your lack of transparency and continuation booking deliveries is deceitful and a complete failure as a company. You had 5 drivers on my area and now have 1. Maybe ask yourself why that is!

      I havent received water from them for 2 months.billed me though called on a weekly basis, only to be promised water delivery within days. 5 missed deliveries now - called again today (Friday) and was promised again, Monday. Their excuse is shortage of workers. If I dont get my water on Monday, or if there is one more missed delivery, Im cancelling. Unreal.
