    I want to worn people: West Coast Cannabis from **************** in ****** STEAL MONEY and ROB ******* They took 900$ for my package and NEVER delivered. I tried to contact them TONS of times but they constantly IGNORING me. They for sure know my name by heart due to multiple times me trying to reach them without success. Many years I try to get to justice but without success....

    Finally wow, WCC responded...3 years later, thank you, BBB!!. Now, please, answer me where is my package placed on October 29,  2021, when 900$ were E-transfered to *********** from **** to you for extract, and I emailed you hundred times that product was not received and you IGNORED me as a customer. Kept IGNORING until now...I got NO package and you stole 900!! There was no post strike back then...that was/is pure West Coast Cannabis ROBERY!! You stole money!!

    was going to buy weed but b/c they take bitcoin as payment I used my bitcoin right after it was completed being sent my order was canceled and I e-mail 3 times that day no answer then i chatted with them and b/c it was the next day the price of bitcoin dropped ******* witch drop what i sent them. they tried to ask for more. then i finally got fed up and send them 5 bucks e transfer. *** *** ***** ******* ***** ******* ** ** **** **** **** ***** **** *** ***** ****** **** **** **** ** * *** ***** *** **** *** ****. at the end I've sent ****** in bitcoin and 5 bucks for something that cost ******. thanks for your time *************************

    I am a regular customer of WCC, on August 1st I accidentally sent an e-transfer of $1242 to their address instead of the intended recipient. I was notified it was accepted a few hours later, and I contacted them immediately regarding the mistake. They initially promised it would be refunded within 24 hours, the next day when the refund hadn't come I contacted them again to confirm, which they did. The last contact was a message I sent on August 4th which they have not replied to.

    I ordered Cannabis from WCC Cannabis, totalling 190.00. The product was shipped and never received. I contacted ****** ****, they investigated, and via email, advised me that they were unable to locate the package and advised me to advise WCC they could initiate a claim for refund. I forwarded to WCC. They offered me credits which I refused. They then claimed ****** **** denied their claim but ****** ****,without being able to actually divulge that info due to client confidentiality, said that claim would have never been denied. They have now cut off comminications. I have researched complaints from BBB snd other sites and I believe that is is a systemic intentional fraud on every ****** **** delivery that goes undelivered. Moreover , they only accept Interac so there is no recourse for recovery as one would have if paying by credit card. I am ** , taking this for severe chronic pain and extreme anxiety. * ** ** * *** ***** ****** *** ****** ****** ** ***** **** * ***** ********** *** ** *** * ***** ** ***** ************ ********** ******** **** ** ***** ************ ***** ******* ****** ********* ************ ********* *** ******** ******. Finally, I have caught them outright lying. On July 20th, they informed me they had not yet initiated a refund claim. I then informed them I would take legal action. Then , 26 hours after saying they had not made a claim, they advised me that ****** **** had denied their claim. The supervisor at ****** **** I then spoke to, said they would never deny such a claim and the letter they sent me, which I forwarded to WCC was essentially an admission that the package was unrecoverable due to loss or employee *****. From what I see on social media, this is an intentionally devised fraudulent scheme. After WCC claimed ****** **** denied WCC a refund, I said I would accept the refund upon receipt of the email of ****** **** denial if claim. This is is the only way Canada communicates anything via email hard copy. Please help me.

    April 24 I made online purchase. Delivery was lost buy ************ The purchasing company offered a half credit do to the facted it was the second delivery lost. I did except 1 time credit for 1st delivery lost . No shipping insurance is offered by this company any no manager or supervisor will contact me about the missing order. 1st credit didn't cover shipping and cost more $ to use. Order # ****** and the tracking # ****************. Amount was $154 and the company offers a half credit. I would like full reimbursement or receive delivery. *********** did acknowledge they lost delivery but any action must be taken by sender

    I regularly buy an edible oil called ******* ****s or *********************** oil for health reasons. I purchased 7 units worth $153.00. Thinking it will last me a month or two. When I received the product it was sticky hard like glue with 0 potency that I need for my medical condition. I have been emailing them pictures and video of the consistency. It is supposed to be runny and non sticky and it does not have any medicinal ingredients labeled on the packages. I would like a refund or another product from them.

    I made on online order with this company in may2022. Have yet to receive my order and no one answers emails or complaints on their website and I am still waiting for my order or my money to be returned
