    i have had 3 failed delivery attempts by this company within a week. 2 of which are stated to have happened due to holiday closures (where no holiday has occurred) and one attempt in the middle of the night.they have repeatedly tried to deliver to incorrect addresses, showing delivery photo proof of incorrect addresses when reporting their failed attempts. they claim i have not answered the door or calls ; they have not once reached out to me, and i work from home so i would know if they attempted to deliver to the correct address.the package has now gone through redelivery processing 4 times in one week - i am extremely concerned that my package is going to be returned to sender due to driver incompetence, when i have been waiting months for it to arrive from the purchase date. i have reached out to customer service multiple times via email and phone and received zero response. i have even offered to adjust my shipping address to my family business to see if that would help the issue. zero response from customer service.i have provided customer service with images of the correct address in relation to their incorrect proof of delivery images with instructions for delivery (no response)

The package was supposed to be delivered within four days, but it has now been over two weeks, and I still have not received it. When I checked the tracking information, it stated that the delivery could not be completed due to an incorrect address. This is incorrect, as my address was entered properly and has not caused issues with other deliveries.Since then, I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue by contacting PDN Express directly. I have called the phone number provided numerous times, but it does not work. I have also sent several emails without receiving any response. The seller continues to tell me to contact the shipping company, but PDN Express has been completely ************** researching the company further, I discovered that many other customers have reported similar issues and poor service. This has left me very concerned that I may not receive my package at all.I respectfully request the BBBs assistance in addressing this matter. Specifically, I would like help in: 1. Getting in contact with PDN Express. 2. Ensuring that my package is delivered to me promptly. 3. Holding the company accountable for its lack of service and communication.Thank you for your time and support.     I ordered from Guiding Cross on the 30th of July, 2025 and the brand shipped it out to ****** using PDN Express [PDN0028133148]. The package was supposed to come in on the 19th of September but it came later in the day by like 10pm and when I tracked it on the website it stated that there was a delivery exception due to not answering of phone ******** the delivery situation note on the website, it showed 2 images of the courier in front of my apartment building but it was not delivered. I also didnt receive any calls or notifications as they claimed and there was a dropbox by the entrance of the building where it couldve been left off , with a sign on the door directing deliveries to the ********** I wanted to find out what the next steps would be towards the delivery, If it would be reattempted and when or if there a warehouse i could pick it up from. I have sent multiple emails but no response and i tried calls but their number does not go through.

    I placed an order on August 11th for several products from *************. I opted for express shipping ($55). I received an email on the 14th that the address I provided was "incorrect". Although I haven't had any issues with other delivery services with my address. I filled out the form that was sent out from PDN.Yesterday, I refreshed the website where the tracking information was and saw that a delivery was attempted, but could not be fulfilled as it was the "incorrect address". I tried to call ***, but the call would not go through and I've emailed them to no response. I am extremely disappointed and upset as the package was for an event this weekend and there is zero communication whatsoever from PDN and so far, no resolution.I have ordered other items from ************* and am assuming that they'll be using PDN for delivery. I don't want to go through the stress and hassle of being in limbo on whether or not my packages will be delivered safely.

    On July 19th, 2025, I purchased custom made suspenders with custom made wooden box on Etsy for my five (5) groomsmen to wear at my wedding on August 23rd, 2025 The supplier used PDN Express to ship my order. PDN Express's tracking states that they received the package information on July 21st and that the package made it to ******* on July 31st, 2025. Since July 31, 2025 there has been no further update on PDN Express's tracking page for my package. On August 10th, 2025, I emailed PDN Express customer service regarding my concern of the package requiring payment for customs, and asked for further instructions on how to proceed. No response was provided. On August 11th I searched reviews on PDN Express, to which there are many negative reviews. Many of the reviews state that they intentionally delay shipments outside of the City of *******. I requested that my package be shipped to the City of **************, which is approximately 1 to 1.5 hour drive from *******. On August 12, 2025 I sent a follow up email asking that PDN Express provide a location where I can pick up the package in the event they cannot deliver it in time and explained the importance of the package. Again, I received no response. I paid $231.18 CAD for my items and I am expecting to incur approximately an additional $339.00 to purchase suspenders for my groomsmen because my package did not arrive on time. This has caused undue financial hardship and stress.

    I ordered a package that was handed over to the PDN express location in ******* on August 1. I have not received any further update on my package. Their phone numbers are not in service and they have not responded to the email that I had sent asking for an update. I have added my tracking number below. PDN0027211793 This is a customized ************************ for my daughters 1st baseball game on Sunday. If it does not arrive prior to then my money has gone to waste.

    I am the intended recipient of a package being delivered by ************************* address is:******************************************************* The tracking number is: PDN0017766821 I have been waiting for the delivery of this package, but I have received no updates or contact from PDN Express. They didnt even attempt to deliver the package they just marked my address as Incorrect Address - Undeliverable.I have tried to call the phone numbers listed on their website and sent emails to their official contact address, but no one has responded.The shipping company claims the address is invalid, but I confirm that the address is correct and I have received mail and deliveries here in the past with no ******** is extremely frustrating not to be able to speak with a representative or get any status update. I expect my package to be delivered promptly or at least a clear explanation from the company.I am filing this complaint because I feel I have been ignored as a customer, and I am asking ******************** to help escalate this issue to PDN Express.Thank you.

    I ordered a package for $274 USD which comes out to $375 CAD. *** has had my package for a week now as of June 3rd, 2025. I have been tracking my package 4PX3001837309127CN and there is no updates. I have emailed them three times as of today July 11th, 2025 with no response. I have checked ******** and it seems as if this is an ongoing problem with this company. I just want my package delivered.

    I placed an order on June 3, 2025, and paid CA$158.22 for a ring intended for my wife. The seller shipped the item using PDN Express, the shipping company involved in this dispute.PDN Express has not made a proper effort to complete the delivery. They are currently holding onto the package and have not contacted me by phone, despite previously agreeing via email to call me before delivering the item. This arrangement was made in good faith because my apartment's call box was not working at the time. I made it clear that I would need a call in order to retrieve the package downstairs. The call box has since been fixed as of this week, but PDN Express has still failed to make any attempt to contact me or deliver the package.This delay and lack of communication has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I have paid for this item and expect it to be delivered as agreed.
