the photo shop smudged my passport photo.. the manager redid them for free, plus a free digital photo and gave me a gift card!!.. we all make mistakes but London Drugs Chilliwack Cottowood Mall really made it right and left me feeling like a very appreciated consumer ????????London Drugs

1 starI received good service from the employee in the technology department. However, in attempting to purchase the product, it was required that I give my phone number. I prefer not to give personal information like. Thus, I asked to speak to the manager. He was condescending in his manner of speaking to me, telling me I would not be able to return the item unless I gave my phone number - because if somebody stole the item and tried to return it then I would have no recourse and I wouldn't want that, now would I? I was incensed at his manner. Further, it seems ridiculous that I should be required to give my phone number. That is not London Drug's business. A great deal can be found out about a person from their phone number. Rather, if I am paying on ***** is that not sufficient identification for returning an item? That it is simply refunded to the same **** number? I do not wish to rescind my right to return an item simply because I value the privacy of my phone number. I did not make the purchase and I should like to hear a response from London Drugs about their return policy as well as their policies on speaking condescendingly to customers.Review fromsandra h

5 starsi bought a reconditioned epson printer from london drugs, but after i got it installed, i soon discovered the feeder tray was not working; i initially had the printer delivered to me, and as i am a disabled, very small woman, returning the printer to the store would not be possible, due to its weight and size; electronics department manager **** ********** went out on a limb to help me, going well above and beyond to get a replacement printer to me, have it set up and ensure it worked properly; thanks to the excellent service i received, and always do receive from london drugs, i will continue to exclusively shop there; thank-you ****!Review fromGurpreet G

Order Number: 0388 2375 I placed an online order with London Drugs on October 1, intending to pick it up at my local store. However, things quickly became confusing. On November 6, I received an email saying my order had been picked up, followed by another email stating a refund was being processed. Confused, I called my local store, where I was informed that the order had never actually been picked up and had simply waited there for 30 days. I had never received any email notifying me that it was ready for pickup.The representative initially insisted that they were processing a refund because I hadnt picked up the order. Only after I pressed the issue did they say they could hold the order for one more day, but that I would need to pay for it again. Frustrated, I called customer service the next day, and the representative clarified that it was actually the stores responsibility to notify me when my order was ready.Whats especially concerning is that this order was a clearance item, marked down from $180 to $53. It feels as though someone in the store may have waited for the 30-day hold period to trigger the automatic refund so they could purchase it at the reduced price. This experience has left me feeling disappointed with the lack of transparency, poor communication, and potential misuse of the system.London Drugs

Although our issue was finally resolved, Im reporting it because of the way business was done. This is not good business practice. We were in and out of London Drugs at No. 3 Rd this afternoon. We purchased what we needed in less than 20 minutes and went back to our car. To our surprise we found a parking ticket on our windshield that read we needed to pay INDIGO $65 as a fine. This is ridiculous and outrageous! First of all the sign on the wall clearly read:CUSTOMER PARKING FIRST 2 HOURS FREE. You also read scan to pay. I took a picture.Why in the world would you scan a barcode if it clearly says that parking is free for the first two hours? It does NOT read MUST SCAN for free two hours parking. We were not the only ones deceived by the signage. I met other people that were disappointed. Others also went in to the store to complain.Make clearer signage and do not disappoint real customers that are not abusing ********************** parking lot and staying over two hours. It took us around 20 minutes to fix the issue.London Drugs

Active Scammers. I have been repeatedly lied to through the process of preordering an item. I have proof of multiple misleading and direct lies from them. When reaching out to customer service I am sent an email from a new person every time despite replying to the same chain. When requesting a call from a manager a generic employee waits until the end of the day before a holiday to call and tell me no manager can speak with me. This company took a 100% deposit multiple months ago from me now and still I have zero information about where I am in the waitlist and when I might receive my product.London Drugs

We apologize for giving the incorrect number on the waitlist. This is a Fujifilm camera which is in high demand across ******, the only way to reserve a spot is to pay upfront. Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA of when the stock will be arriving at our warehouse to fulfill the orders. 1 starI purchased items at the Victoria ***** store and was told the store did not receive my payment. The clerk and I saw the "approved" on the debit/credit machine, and they commented that it says approved. Several people looked at this issue; I was asked to pay for the item again. I said no, and I would not do that. Being concerned about credit/debit theft, I took the following actions. I went home and printed a statement showing payment to this store for the same amount as the items purchased. I spoke with the credit card company and was informed my card was charged the same amount. I went back to the store with this information and, even with evidence of payment, was told I had not paid. Two days later, the charge was still on my card, and I received a call from this store. "We made an error, and will refund your card." This demonstrates the payment of goods not received. The customer service to resolve this does not meet the high standards their organization states online. I will not shop here again or at any ***************-affiliated location.Another email was received by the manager stating their negligence and demonstrating I did pay for the item, apologizing for the experience. I have never had an experience like this for the past 30 years with this business or any others. I'm disappointed in their apparent dismissal of this issue and attempted justification of their actions when the service standards did not meet their mission and vision organizational goals.Review fromCarol H

1 starOnly 1 star because 0 not available. Took from 2 oclock to 530 to find a prescription that they lost. I had to phone doctor to verify it was sent before they would even look. London Drugs today. ****, the Service Technician, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in providing solutions to the issue I presented and guiding me to the right accessories to resolve the problem.With his guidance, and the proper accessory I was able to successfully obtain files from an old PC and transfer the data to my IPad. All previous attempts to do so had been unsuccessful. Thank you *********Regards,**********
