Active Scammers. I have been repeatedly lied to through the process of preordering an item. I have proof of multiple misleading and direct lies from them. When reaching out to customer service I am sent an email from a new person every time despite replying to the same chain. When requesting a call from a manager a generic employee waits until the end of the day before a holiday to call and tell me no manager can speak with me. This company took a 100% deposit multiple months ago from me now and still I have zero information about where I am in the waitlist and when I might receive my product.London Drugs Response

We apologize for giving the incorrect number on the waitlist. This is a Fujifilm camera which is in high demand across ******, the only way to reserve a spot is to pay upfront. Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA of when the stock will be arriving at our warehouse to fulfill the orders. The stock has been trickling in since February and orders are being fulfilled in chronological order. Thank you.Review from Kevin L

I purchased items at the Victoria ***** store and was told the store did not receive my payment. The clerk and I saw the "approved" on the debit/credit machine, and they commented that it says approved. Several people looked at this issue; I was asked to pay for the item again. I said no, and I would not do that. Being concerned about credit/debit theft, I took the following actions. I went home and printed a statement showing payment to this store for the same amount as the items purchased. I spoke with the credit card company and was informed my card was charged the same amount. I went back to the store with this information and, even with evidence of payment, was told I had not paid. Two days later, the charge was still on my card, and I received a call from this store. "We made an error, and will refund your card." This demonstrates the payment of goods not received. The customer service to resolve this does not meet the high standards their organization states online. I will not shop here again or at any ***************-affiliated location.Another email was received by the manager stating their negligence and demonstrating I did pay for the item, apologizing for the experience. I have never had an experience like this for the past 30 years with this business or any others. I'm disappointed in their apparent dismissal of this issue and attempted justification of their actions when the service standards did not meet their mission and vision organizational goals.Review from Carol H

Only 1 star because 0 not available. Took from 2 oclock to 530 to find a prescription that they lost. I had to phone doctor to verify it was sent before they would even look. Then expected me to be happy because they found it filed under first name. I had to raise a lot of h*** to get them to give serviceReview from Pat M

I was very impressed with the service received in the ********************** at the Beddington Towne Sq. London Drugs today. ****, the Service Technician, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in providing solutions to the issue I presented and guiding me to the right accessories to resolve the problem.With his guidance, and the proper accessory I was able to successfully obtain files from an old PC and transfer the data to my IPad. Went from three stores to one store in **********. They had three prime locations that were great including a location at high street. My mother has stage four lung cancer. She has had problems with the pharmacy at seven oaks. My mom is there often picking up a prescription that her doctor faxed to them. They cant find the faxes half the time. One time recently the doctor changed her pain meds and she went to pick it up and they said the doctor ***** correctly fill out the form so she couldnt have the pills. She has stage four terminal lung cancer! It was the same medication only time release! We will never return to London drugs.Review from David B

Had to use the handicap stall on their parking lot at the *******, **, location, following leg surgery (yes, I had a temporary placard). Found when opening the driver's door that it banged right into a garbage can placed there and dented my door. I emailed the manager to complaint, and first he stated most people don't back up into the stall so they don't have that issue. Yeah well backing up makes it easier for me to get out/back in with my crutches - and nowhere it states you shouldn't back up. Try another strategy, ****** Then he blames the property owner over the can placement, and told me to contact them. I did so, and that property owner stated the can is placed up to code and they would need a video of the incident, which the store should have as their have cameras right there. Contacted the store owner again, who stated they were not able to pull up the camera records and would do nothing else to help me. Several months later, that garbage can is still placed at the same spot, and even though I don't use the handicap stall anymore as my leg healed, I can't help but seeing how much they don't care about their patrons. Avoiding paying a $300 car dent removal and moving a garbage can by pretending it's not their fault and their cameras don't work properly so nothing can be proved - tells a lot about the kind of people that run that place.London Drugs Response

We provided details of the complaint to our landlord when the incident originally occurred and forwarded the most recent complaint. Please be advised that London Drugs does not have control or own the parking lot where the incident occurred. We understand that the Property Manager had corresponded with the complainant and provided him with a recommendation as to what steps he should take.Review from Ttoy L

************************* (Tech Experience Manager), of the ********************** location, has attempted to reached out to this customer to discuss his complaint and gather some additional information. While doing so, the customer stated "he did not want to spend time talking to **** right now and would call **** back". **** left his contact information with the customer, so as to do so, when convenient.As of this time, the customer has not called back.Review from Louise M

New store at Seven Oaks a joke! Fewer items and no cashiers. They removed the small wheely baskets so have to take a shopping cart even if only have a few items to purchase. For seniors and those with disabilities - we need the smaller wheely baskets! Very poor customer service unless you line up to see the only two humans at the ** department. Obvious LD is losing money because they closed two well operating stores to open this smaller monstrosities. I will be going to ******* or Superstore from now on.London Drugs Response

Horrible service at *************** London Drugs *******. A store associate ****** refused to replace a toy which had a missing part. That was a birthday gift for my son. The administration of London Drugs at ***************, ******* needs to pay a very close attention to the conduct of their store associate ******. ****** refused to exchange a defective toy and made false accusations against me and my child: ****** alleged that me or my son damaged the toy, that my son lost the missing piece. ****** also lied that because the packaging is open he cannot exchange the toy. Me and my child were falsely accused in front of other customers and when I asked for an explanation for ******'s actions, London Drugs did not provide it.
