J'ai pris connaissance de la Voilerie Precision Sails en regardant un vlog de Sailing SV Delos expliquant leur expérience avec Precision Sails. Coïncidence, j'étais à la recherche d’une nouvelle grand-voile. Après avoir contacté Precision, nous avons planifié une conversation téléphonique pour discuter des caractéristiques désirées de cette nouvelle voile. Le rapport qualité-prix semblait excellent. Le service après-vente de Precision était superbe. J'ai donc commandé une nouvelle grand-voile pour mon Sirius 21 chez Precision. Ils ont fait un excellent suivi et des mises à jour fréquentes pendant tout le processus, de la vente à la conception, la production et l'expédition. Le tout dans le délai indiqué lors de la conversation initiale, pas de changement de prix ni autres surprises. Je suis très satisfait de la qualité et de la conception de ma voile et elle est très bien faite et durable. J’ai aussi été très impressionné par leur site Internet facile à consulter et à naviguer et contenant des informations pertinentes et précises. I ordered a new jib from Precision Sails for a small Hunter daysailer. Price initially attracted me; however the Precision 'experience' cemented the relationship. My experience with Precision was outstanding; my rep was attentive in every detail and sought my input for every detail, no matter how small. I ordered a mainsail from Precision Sails for my '94 Catalina 34, as well as a stack pack. I requested quotes from several local and online sailmakers and decided to go with Precision Sails as I had heard good things about them and their price was competitive. The process was smooth, the instructions for taking measurements were clear. The design process was thorough and the team at Precision Sails was very responsive to my questions. The sail arrived within the time promised, it fit perfectly and sails great. Love using the stack pack as well, and it looks great on the boat. Overall, if you are not afraid of taking measurements yourself and handy enough to install the stack pack, Precision Sails won't disappoint. We ordered a new mainsail from Precision for delivery in Grenada when our old main delaminated. Precision talked us through the choice of materials and helped with the measurements etc. The entire process was geared towards a smooth customer experience, and we were very happy to install our new main last year (2023). Of course, no sooner had we done that, or the headsail needed replacement as well and so we had Precision rush a new headsail to Curacao in the spring of this year (2024). We have since sailed with the new setup to Panama and are very pleased. When we had an issue with the second reef in the main, Precision picked up on that in their survey and spontaneously initiated a warranty claim for us, despite being outside of their warranty window (due to the sail 'waiting' for us in Grenada without a chance to test). It ended up being an issue with the sliders in the boom, and it all got resolved with some elbow grease. But what a nice touch by Precision to file that claim. We hadn't even considered it. Would I buy from them again? Hopefully not in the next several year, as I have brand new sails. But should you? Yes!Precision Sails Ltd.

Precision did a great job walking me through getting a new head sail and main sail. They helped fixed my initial botched measurements before the sails went into design, and turn around time was exactly as expected. When they experienced supplier issues with sail fabric, they upgraded me [free of charge] to keep my schedule. The sails fit my boat perfectly, look great, and took me from finishing last to finishing second in my club races.Precision Sails Ltd.

Precision sails did a great job building a new head sail for my boat. It was my dad's sailboat, the love of his life. After he passed we put the boat in the water and enjoyed it a lot. The head sail (jib) was in terrible shape and after 2 years of sail tape, it was time for a new sail. My girlfriend tried to get one as Christmas present but was not experienced enough to answer their technical questions. After a few conversations I knew this was the company to make our new sail. After some measurements and photos we came to agreement on the sail specifications and Precision Sail Loft started the project. I was completely impressed by the price and the efforts that were made to make sure the sail was built right for our boat. I am completely satisfied with this product and process and will probably go back for a new main sail soon. 100% recommend Precision Sail Loft.Precision Sails Ltd.

I have just received a new furling mainsail for my Hunter 326 from Precision Sails. I went back to them after my initial experience purchasing a new mainsail for my first boat, an Edel 665. That sail was well made, expertly measured and a joy to use. Having sold the Edel two boats ago I had it in mind that should I need new sails for subsequent boats I would go back to Precision. That became the case this past fall when the original mainsail on my 2004 Hunter 326 finally showed her age and I began the process to replace it. I went straight back to Precision, based both on my previous experience, as well as the experience of friends and fellow sailors who had used Precision Sails as well. From start to finish, everyone I spoke to and interacted with were knowledgeable, personable, attentive to details and very receptive to all questions and requests for any clarification I might have needed. They produced a fine looking and well-made sail that I can't wait to get set on the boat when she launches again in April and use it for many seasons to come. I drop a request to Precision via the web and boom, instant response followed by ZERO pressure initial consultation! Signed up for three easy payments and that was that! During process, the team helps you all the way with measurements and good follow questions. Sails arrived and here is my review of each item. Looking to purchase Genoa over the winter season from Precision! Precision Jib- awesome Precision Main- phenomenal! Precision Halyards- strong Precision boom cover- beautiful! (Just arrived) In the end, one very happy boater which is due to the professionalism of the precision team and customer service.
