    Downsizing isn’t easy, but with the expert help of the team Jill provided everything went smoothly. Packing our belongings was done with respect and care. Unpacking was the same. They took the time to explain where some things were. It was a treat to have our bed ready for us at our new abode. And the van folk were kind and helpful too. Also, it was great to have a picture hanging crew. We would highly Jill and her great crew.

    We were so pleased to have used Home Again Seniors Transition Services following the death of our Mom this past summer. From our first contact with Jill we were so relieved to know that she and her team would take care of everything that needed doing to sort and move all of our Mom’s things from the Retirement home where she had lived. The team that came to do the sorting and packing were kind and professional and did a fantastic job. They sorted things for auction, donation and disposal and arranged movers. We highly recommend Jill and her team and are so very grateful to have had them on our side during a very emotional time.

    When our mother died rather unexpectedly, we needed to pack up her home and do a move out. We called Jill at Home Again, and in the midst of our shock and grief we were extremely relieved to learn that Jill, and the Home Again team, could take care of our needs and concerns. We have been very appreciative of all that they did to help us during this difficult time. From thoughtful redistribution and repurposing of unwanted items, to packing, moving, and cleaning, the process was worry free and all went smoothly. We've been very thankful for their professional, reliable, and supportive work ethic, as well as being a very friendly group of people to work with. I highly recommend Home Again.

    Some of the best money I've ever spent! During a difficult and emotional time, Home Again Seniors made everything so much easier. They were very professional and friendly while they accomplished what I felt was an overwhelming task. I highly recommend them.

    Jill and her team did an amazing job for us when we recently moved from our house to a smaller place. This move would have been so much more stressful if it had not been for them. We had a very short time from when our house was sold, to when we had to vacate and move into a new place. One phone call to Jill, and she took care of the whole move, from sending teams in to pack up our household belongings, to arranging the movers. The packers labelled every box very well. Really, the whole move went flawlessly. We would not have any criticism at all and would highly recommend Home Again Seniors Transition Services. It was worth every penny of the cost. Lil

    Jill and her team took care of our mother's home with respect! All of the family live on the other side of the country and could not be on-site. Everything was taken care of, from Gardening to shipping. My Mom's home sold immediately and Jill's preparation of the home to go to market was a big contributor. I recommend Home Again with great confidence.

    Jill and her team helped move my mom from North Saanich to Comox, and we couldn't have done it without them. Having lived in the home for over 40 years there was a lot of downsizing to do moving to a retirement residence! They made a very stressful time much easier. I was particularly impressed with not only their kindness, patience, efficiency and advocacy but always keeping her safety in mind. You can tell they are genuine and I knew I could trust them. Would 110% recommend them!
