      If I could select 0 stars, I would. Order placed on March 17th. Still no email regarding shipment almost a month later. I have called the company numerous times and left voicemail every time with no contact or return call. I have also sent messages and emails with the same result. I am beyond frustrated. My son needs his contacts or a refund so I can order them somewhere else. Terrible customer service.

      It is taking over 4 months to get a refund, plus lying on what i said to justify their own mistake. Have yet to receive a refund via my credit card statement despite saying they would 3 times already. ******* poor business practices on blaming the customer and not honoring their refund policy on unopened boxes, missing a returned one, sending a brand new one under false claims to hold money, and then refusing to refund after turning down the delivery which got sent back directly. Do. Not. Order. From. Here.

      CONTACTS FOR LESS IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY.They took my money 30 days ago and I have not received the products, nor a refund. ABSOLUTE WORST. No phone answering or correspondence.I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USING THIS COMPANY- TERRIBLE

      The best site in ****** for buying contact lenses in my opinion. Love the customer support I got and the prices are the absolute lowest.

      I'm currently on hold with them and have been for almost an hour and a half. The recording regularly tells me I'm "caller #1 in the que" which has been the case for most of the call. Oh, and why am I calling them? Because my order on the website has been labeled as "being processed" for 11 days now. At this rate I will run out of contact lenses long before they even ship the order. ****** tried ordering from them a couple years ago and got terrible service but chalked it up to post pandemic supply and demand. ****** learned. I'll never order from them again. So disappointing

      If you have any ************** on, then bypass these slow jokers completely! Ordered just 2 boxes of 90 Acuvue moist lenses. It took them 11 days (!) just to send a shipment notification. It will be over two weeks from the order date before I actually receive my contact lenses! That's two (2) days AFTER my flight leaves. Extremely slow processing & slow shipping may get you to look elsewhere. Nearly every other online retailer of contact lenses I have purchased from in the last 6-8 years had the lenses arrive at my doorstep within a week.

      Even one star to them is a waste. They will take your order and money but will never fulfill it. They promise a date and dont deliver a package. Then they promise you another date and doesnt fulfill the ofer yet again. This is a fraud company.

      I ordered lenses (contacts). Its been 2 months and I have not received my order. According to their policy delivery is made within 2 to 4 weeks. Their customer service keep telling me there is a backlog issue at the supplier. I cannot get anyones name at Contact for less. They wouldnt sign their email and they dont answer the phone. I have left several voice messages and they never returned my phone calls. And their policy says No refund. So I am stuck having paid over 300$ for lenses that I never got and may never get !!!

      When I call businesses, I prefer to speak with a live person. * *** ******** ***** ******** *** ******* ******* *** *** **** ** ******** ******* ** ******** **** ** ***** ***** ******. When I called the contact for less people, a friendly voice named Che answered and calmly guided me through the ordering process on their website. As a customer, I felt heard and valued. I placed my order over the phone right away, and my contacts arrived in less than a week. I know they are a small business, but with the service they provide, I believe they will dominate the lens industry. From my experience, they are a fantastic company. I'll stick with them.
