Capital Construction did a great job renovating our kitchen. Doug, Richard and team were professional and the end result is a quality kitchen done for a fair price. The transformation was unbelievable and done on time and on budget.

We had CapCon onsite for a very extensive reno in multiple areas both inside and outside our home from May 2021 through Jan 2022. Every step of the way, I really enjoyed working with their tradespeople - super friendly, kind, thorough, and most importantly, all the work was completed to a very high level of fit and finish. They were also very accommodating with adjustments and additions to the scope of the original work plan. We recommend them without hesitation.

So incredibly happy with the job Capital Contracting did expanding and re-doing our master bathroom! We gave them our design ideas and they brought our vision to life for a reasonable cost. While the project did take longer than expected (not unusual when you start opening things up and discover hidden problems), the work was completed to the highest standard and looks stunning. I entered into a contract with this company to perform renovations. Primary contact was with Doug H*** - project manager. He and the project supervisor attended my home to discuss the scope of the project. Drawings of the work were provided to confirm the design of the work. A deposit was made as required under the contract. Doug H*** requested I purchase some of the sinks and faucets which I proceeded to do. Out of the blue received a call from Doug H*** who advised that it was decided that would not proceed ,as in his words ,it was not a good fit. I asked what this meant ,however other then saying would not be proceeding with the work, he was not able to explain why this change . I expressed my extreme disappointment and that he could not provide any examples of what had changed or in his opinion what had changed ,as day before were moving forward. I was told by their design consultant she had heard I was rude and demanding. The only person I had any discussion was Doug H*** and at no time was I rude. Nor did Doug H*** provide any feedback on any concerns he may have had. When I mentioned about the sinks /faucets I purchased his only response was I could use with the next contractor I use. Deposit was refunded. The only requests I made was to ensure masks are worn at all time when in the house as ** **** ** ****** *********** , as well the need to have the project completed by the end of November . Those were asks and at no time was it expressed as concern. Very unprofessional way to end a contract. As well stressful as have to seek out new contractor and mostly likely can not proceed as cant complete within the required time frame
