  Vanished into thin air after hit and miss services. Totally disappointing especially after receiving prepayment.

  I did an advance payment of **** CAD to Scrubbi was a series of regular service. I got 3 services and now all of a sudden they have vanished without any notice or update. I tried reaching out via their email support@scrubbi and they phone but the number is unreachable now. This is a consumer service crime! Pls return my money.

  Totally ripped off by this company!!! Pre-paid for 6 months of cleans and only had to completed !! They send young kids in to clean and arent trained to do the job! I had to reclean my house as the cleaners they sent were not at all trained or qualified! They would send text messages saying the cleaner was on their way but nobody would even show up!! Totally unacceptable business practices and I feel sorry for the poor unsuspecting staff they hired. I guess this is a ****** learned to throughly look into a company and dont pay for services in advance. I am sure that I am not the only person who has been ripped off and lost money from this company! I hope they get what they deserve and a lawsuit against them for fraud! I will be glad to join the lawsuit! Ripped off and feeling like a fool **************

  I lost my money. I paid CAD1127 for a year long service. And it is heart breaking to find others who have lost much more. Sad what employees must have gone through without a reliable paycheck and no clear indication of what's coming. And now Scrubbi is out of business. There is an argument that this is a civil matter and not a criminal one but I find that hard to accept. I cannot completely negate the presence of bad intent on the part of the owners. ******************** and offers in the last few months, all along when the owners must have had some inkling that their financial statements are one big red flag. You go neck deep promising year long service guarantees when you don't know whether you'll stay afloat the next few weeks. Who extended you a line of credit? Just waiting for one sliver of corporate malfeasance, siphoning of money into owner's personal account, misleading public under financial pressure or tax fraud to turn this into civil + criminal case.

  They did not show for a scheduled appointment, will not return my calls and I can no longer login to my account on their website. I have prepaid for m they cleaning and have several appointments left but cannot reach them. The last three appointments they were late or rescheduled. Now I seem to be ghosted and out hundreds of dollars

  A few months back, I had a cleaner tell me they were late paying her and that was a red flag. Then it started taking longer and longer to get through to a Scrubbi representative for things like rescheduling. Then, one week ago, nobody showed up at the scheduled time. I've left 3 messages over the last week asking what happened (and to reschedule) and nobody has returned my call. I prepaid for a year of cleaning - I only had 3 appts left but I suspect I'll get shafted for them.

  Scrubbi was amazing for the 14 months. Then all of a sudden, the cleaners didn’t show. Customer service was always fantastic and then around the same time the quality of cleaning decreased, at times the cleaner didn’t even show and emails or calls weren’t returned, and haven’t been in any form now for over a month. I’ve tried calling and sent multiple emails. I have 8 months of my contract, which was over $2000 for the year, and have heard nothing, including cleaners continue to not show. It’s extremely disappointing.

  Cleaners dont show up most of the time. One cleaner arrived and told me that he stopped being paid from the company and asked me to pay him directly.

  Same story for me. Paid up-front for cleaning service and now have been ghosted by these dirt bags. Negative 5 stars
