1 starDont even think about giving them your phone number. Ive been badgered for 3 weeks since I just tried to see what they are offering. I realized its not comparable to my banks and I dont want it. I didnt even sign up.. I just started the free evaluation. Ive unsubscribed to every text, still getting them, Ive replied to every email saying Im not interested, please unsubscribe.. Ive blocked their number and havent answered once. Yet Im getting daily calls (plural) and they fill up my voicemail inbox. The amount they are still blowing up my phone after all of this just screams that this is not a thing I would ever want to get involved in. It reeks of desperation and you can tell they need your business and will probably financially ruin you. *** never had a company call me 50+ times in 3 weeks and not get the hint anywhere in there. They will definitely try to take advantage of you so make sure you read everything up on them before you bother giving them any information. I paid out a second mortgage with Alpine appox 30 days before it was due. On my renewal papers it indicated I had a 30 day open period for the 30 days prior to maturity. I transferred the mortgage 30 days before maturity and I was charged 90 days interest penalty. I would have understood 30 days, that would , been fulfilling my contract but a 90 day penalty when it was coming due????

1 starNo good services no professional help worst rates in the country they trap you they make sure when they lend you money there is no way of getting out interest rates they gave me were so high that doesn't pay down your principal amount and every year they add renewal fees which at the end of your term let's say is 5$ every year that **** by **** up by 5$ as an example and you keep pay over 150 a month Alpine is a bunch of crooks and dishonest people and missleading and miss informed you they don't know what there doing and they no good help they we'll s**** you over or make sure your stuck paying them until you find the hole amount worse then a street Lohan what these people do is what people on the streets do when they lend you money the owner must be some street kidReview fromAnita G

1 starNot only did the process take way longer than it should have leaving us in the lurch when the only reason for even going to a place like Alpine was due to need, when the mortgage was finally arranged, the actual fees charged were substantially more. I dodged a bullet. ***** **** **** ***** *** *** **** **** **** ***** $15k in fees, 13 percent interest rate which will be jacked up to whatever they want after a year as only a 12 month term. Dont do this unless you want to financially choke!!! Reach out to a mortgage broker instead!!!Alpine Credits Limited

2 starsGood customer service on phone. Prompt responses. Everything else about experience was awful. 1) At a cost to me, Alpine had home appraisal that really undervalued home. (I had an appraisal done 15 months earlier that was 40% higher). Tried to tell me this would result in an increase to quoted interest rate ********2) Told me it was a fixed rate loan. Then told me it would have a monthly interest rate. Ive looked into this and its ******* in ****** to charge monthly on a fixed rate mortgage.3) They wanted to charge service fees that were more than 10% of loan principal.Stay away from this company you can do better elsewhere.Review fromMisty N
