One consumer alleged he was approached by a worker from the company who offered his remaining asphalt material from a previous job to do his driveway for half price. The consumer agreed and hired the worker to his driveway. Work started by laying the material but paving was not completed and was told it would be "paved at a later date". The consumer wrote, "He then claimed it was triple the square footage that it actually was and then asked the full amount right away before it was paved and finished." Work was incomplete.
One business owner alleged he was approached by a worker who was doing paving work on the highway, offered a deal and asked for payment. The business agreed and work began. The owner was not happy with the results. The consumer wrote "this happened on april 6,2023. we have a huge mess to clean up, we are a small mechanic shop and wont be able to really afford this."
On May 23, 20023, BBB sent a second letter to request additional information. As of June 2, 2023, BBB has not received any response from DCO Paving.
