      I never received My dogs medication. Was never able to speak to a live person. Never got refund. And tracking information was not right

      I have ordered from them twice. I was initially skeptical but I have received my order exactly as I ordered. It did however take a while to get my orders.

      I recently ordered a very specific product (Revolution for Dogs) from this Company, PAID the full price of the product...they sent me a "Generic" brand that was NOT approved by ME, so I paid for this NAME BRAND at full price, and they sent something that is LESS than half the price, and I know NOTHING about. HORRIBLE Business practice, and when trying to resolve like adults, they refuse to do anything about scamming me. I want everyone to know they take your money for high price items and send junk-then refuse to work with you to fix it.

      I ordered a 6 pack of ******* flea killing meat flavor tablets, 6/17/22, paid $114.94. My tracking order was *******, and the product was emailed as sent on 6/20/22. I checked with neighbors for possible receipt of my package and no. I then contacted the company by email to assist in finding which delivery service was used that I may get the product. They have not responded, I do not have this product, and there's no way it arrived on 6/20/22 if it came from UK. I would either like the product or a refund.
