    Chi F* C*** is the worst landlord even. I moved into a house in April 2022. Was paying my rent then in Aug 2022 Had something happen out of my control and rent didn't get paid. So at the end of aug2022 I was told by my landlord / owner that he hired chi F* C*** to be the property manager. So I contacted him and we signed a new rental agreement with me owning 5000 dollars . Then on oct 3 he gave me a 10day notice I asked him for a letter saying I needed a letter that I could sublet never got one told him I was getting help from a church it will take a little bit I made a few payments to him in 23day then paid Nov rent then Dec rent . Then dec16/2022 the baliffs moved me my 2sons and my daughter in law and my 3small grandchildren out. He told me that my rent was to cheap and I should be paying more. Now I am living on the street with one of my son's. Chi F* C*** only cares about is money he doesn't care about people at all

    Please see attached Residential Tenancy Branch Decision and order of possession.

    Because she filed an application for review consideration (There is decision on the review of the original decision as well)

    Then we had to file a writ of possession in order to hire bailiff to evict her.

    The tenant was evicted due to not paying rent on time. Even though she pay rent later on (Which we provide her the use and occupancy receipts not for re-instating tenancy)

    I am rejecting this response because: I never made the message at the house like that most of my stuff was put on the road and I was given 48 hrs to move the stuff on the road because after 48 hrs the stuff was not mine any more plus the sheriffs and movers quite working at 5pm and alot of my stuff was still on the property and in the buildings and yard. Plus why would chi F* C*** sign a rental agreement with me on Sept 13 when I owed 7035 for rent and not give me a 10 day notice for unpaid rent
