    Contract states that our trailer would be completed May 7th 2022. It has not been completed. There have been promises after promises, month after month saying it’s almost done and then to find out he had done virtually nothing. ** ******** ***** *** ** *** **** **** ** ******* ***** ******* **** **** ****** * ***** *** ***** ********* As stated in the contract, if it’s not completed within a reasonable time period, we can take it to another place and have it completed. He has a locked gate and we can’t legally take it out. We are hoping that enough pressure can be put on him, that he’ll allow us to remove our trailer peaceably on the date our mover is booked to do the move. October 2/2023. The mover is ****** ********. This person has caused a great deal of ****** in a lot of ******* ***** and people need to know what they are getting into when they do business with him.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    We would like to reopen our case against Riske Creek Manufacturing. He has not completed our unit nor delivered it as he said he would. Until that part of the deal is completed, our issue is not resolved.
