    Purchased a brand new carbon fibre road bike online from the bike shop with the help of their sales agent. Within 30 days of delivery, found the carbon fibre bike frame to be defective: (1) the carbon bulges, (2) signs of repaint. Requested the bike shop to take back the defective bike for a full refund under the bike shop's return policy. The manager had not been engaging with my case actively, he did not call me at the pre-arranged time; he said he would be the only one assisting me, yet he asked another agent to do something that has nothing to do with my request. Now the manager is not replying to my email. ---------- BBB: Please view the attached email history, and within the email history, pictures of the defective bike could be found. My request would be: (1) a full refund of the bike as well as parts I purchased specifically for this bike within the same order. (2) the bike shop should be covering shipping both ways: incoming the returning. (3) the bike shop should be covering the packing cost of the returning bike with my provided receipt at a local bike shop (4) any warranty repairs are not accepted as I am within the return period, and warranty repair costs me extra money Attached proofs: (1) email history with pictures included (2) order history (3) proof of delivery when I received the bike (proves return within 30 days) (4) Pictures of the defect (if what's in the email history cannot be seen clearly)
