They used deceptive tactics when billing me, they doubled the price out of nowhere! Advertised buy 2 clothes, get 3 free. One cloth for $12 dollars, two=$24. Then charged me $60 for two and also without my consent, charged me $10.44 for shipping insurance. They are a completely fraudulent company, please take action and hold them legally accountable!!Customer Answer

I just purchased this about 15 minutes ago. I read the reviews, and from what I can read... it's pretty much, to bad *******!!! $71.70... was supposed to be $36.00. You, doubled my costs, out of nowhere! You need to stop this order now, before you put any more time and money into refunding me back, the full amount of $71.70. I am going straight to PayPal next. I read their online offer of their Nano Clothes that were supposed to remove car scratches. The price was listed at $11.95 each for two clothes and three clothes free, for a total of $23.90. I selected that offer and processed the order. After I submitted my address and credit card information the amount they were charging me was $60.60. They had a disclaimer that if I had any problem I could email them but the receipt disappeared and I do not know how to reach them. I called my credit card company and I cannot stop the charge but must file a claim against this company later. Then, a little late, I read some reviews of the product and they do not work.Initial Complaint

I ordered a Nano Sparkle Cloth last November 15, 2023, shipped in November 17,2023. The product does not work! It just scratched my car. It was such a messy, mussy kind of material. The ad looks very nice, improved, great product as shown in pictures with cars treated before and after application. In reality it is very deceiving. It is a ****! It is *****!It states it can be returned if not satisfied but it does not have a returnable address. I have a hard time looking for an address. I ordered the nano-sparkle scratch remover product on the premise that it would remove scratches in the paint of my 2017 ****** ******. When I used this item, following the directions on the package, not only did it not remove scratches, it also damaged the paint around the scratches where I had used it. It was also very messy to use and stained anything it touched. To have my truck repaired in those areas where I tried to use it will cost a minimum of $700 - $1,000 because the paint will have to be matched to the gray metallic factory color. In my opinion, this company is promoting a scam and this product should be removed from the market in the *** and ******.
