On January 17, 2023, BBB confirmed by the City of Vancouver that the address at 1771 Robson Street, Vancouver, BC where SonoShine claims to be located is not real. BBB also confirmed by mail returned from the address listed on their online advertising that it is not real. BBB does not know where the business is physically located. BBB urges caution when choosing whether to do business with a company whose physical location is unknown. The website for the company, here is still active.
On January 17, 2023, BBB also checked the website URL to determine when it was created and where it was registered. The website was created on March 3, 2021 and the registrant name and information was not disclosed.
Consumers who have paid by credit card for a product that has not been received, may wish to contact their credit card company for a chargeback, a reversal of the charges, due to non-delivery of products and to report the experience with Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre at here
