  1 Star Manipulative Settlement ********************* Handling of Bets Im filing a formal complaint with SLGA over PlayNow's handling of my wager, and I strongly urge others to avoid this platform until its practices are investigated and corrected.On April 7, I placed a sports bet (Bet ID O/*******/******** early in the morning. Shortly after, I learned a key player was injured and went to cash outonly to find that the bet had already been voided and refunded by PlayNow. I accepted this, believing the market had been invalidated for legitimate reasons.Then I watched something highly suspicious unfold:The market (HT/FT) was removed.The bet remained refunded for hours.After the game ended and the result was known, PlayNow reversed the refund and settled it as a lossconveniently because my prediction was wrong.They took away my opportunity to cash out and only reinstated the bet after they saw it would result in a loss for me. This wasnt a technical glitchit was a deliberate manipulation of the betting process, and it reeks of bad faith.I've documented everything, including time-stamped screenshots showing the refund and its reversal. **************** offered no real explanation beyond generic policy language and refused to escalate the issue further, despite it clearly violating the spirit of fair betting.This is not the first time Ive had a bet refundedone of my previous winning bets was refunded, and I accepted it based on their posted rules. But this incident is different: this is about changing the status of a wager based on outcome, which is the opposite of integrity.Unless youre okay with your bets being reversed and reinstated at the operators convenience, Id strongly recommend staying away from PlayNow. Ive escalated this to SLGA and encourage anyone experiencing similar treatment to do the same.

  I have left reviews in the past and things have not changed for the better!!! Consistent error messages and erratic game play, as most have stated, make this website one of the WORST gaming platforms online by far. I have lost a lot of money on here and would not recommend anyone to ****** on this god-awful website. No such a thing as Randomly Generated Wins on this site. The predetermined bonus is obvious because of the terrible feeds from the games. Wake-up people, you are being taken for a long ride that ends in failure!!! There are a lot of other more reputable websites available to ****** on.

  Calling into customer service you get a run around by different ***** No one call resolutions. Only cases and call backs, they owe me $20 token from a promotion and its a total head ache to get it. I still have not recieved it. I spent close to a thousand dollars just to get a $25 customer appreciation token after weeks of getting absolutely nothing. Thats an insult really. They dont value loyal customers and dont like to honour there token promotions after you deposit the requirement. Im still waiting for a supervisor call back and for someone to follow up with the promotions department. Stop making it so hard for the customer to get there promotion tokens after they follow all the steps and deposit money. Your **** need more training and to learn how to be friendly, rather then act annoyed and short with you.

  I've had no problem with this site. I like the poker games and live casino poker and the slots are good. They always have fast customer support and paid out winnings and gave promised promotional earnings. Pay out was a few days longer than pokerstars but whatever! The ONLY issue i have is the consistency of slot games being interfered with abtupt stops either failing geolocation or a few other pop *** due to technical failure on their end but even pokerstars has similar abrupt stops (just not as much as playnow) The good ?Customer support is AWESOME ?Payout success ?Game variety ?Solid poker experience ?Offers lotto ?Offers live casino ?Offers bingo ?Loyalty program via points ?Promotions, some are REALLY impressive ?Cares for players safety and "gamesence"?Keeps good retro slots, introduced new variety ?Again the gamesence options and variety prove they care about players.? If they were a greedy scam site, they would not care how much time or money spent. Bottom-line. This fact alone should show the best bbb accreditation gambling site. I bet the negative reviews came from players who talk to support staff inappropriately.The bad??Payouts take 5to7 days, or sooner.   The repeated crashes that all the other reviews talk about are more than just annoyances. Maybe they make you lose when you would have won, but that would have been proved by now if it were true. What it DOES do for sure is frustrate players. And its also a known, studied, and proven fact that people will take riskier and more erratic bets when theyre frustrated or on tilt. That being known, even just being aware of the fact that there are regular crashes, they dont seem to fix it while they are aware that these crashes cause players to enter a mind state that changers how they ****** in the houses favour. They should be forced to fix the bug or close any games that they know have this issue until they resolve it. It is blatant fraud

  They do not answer the phone or provide any information about what is going on. My account has been locked for a week telling me to call in and when I do I hold for hours (longest was 3 hours) then Im disconnected. Im worried my account is compromised but I cant speak to anybody. I have been trying everyday to call them and hold for a min of an hour before I give up for work or am cut off.

  Unreliable play. In my experience, there are constant network error messages and slot reels that conk out on you during bonus rounds. When you then try and follow up with online customer service agents as to why your winnings aren't reflected in your account balance or play history, they tell you the slot game is "stuck". Their words not mine.And that when the slot games get stuck you may or not get paid your winnings depending upon whether the vendor of that particular slot game, can restore your winnings. If the vendor deems it cannot recover your slot game winnings than the vendor can just return your original wager. The agent texted and forwarded me some clause in the player agreement, that among a long list of things. says if your slot game "gets stuck" during a bonus round, and you win something small or huge in a bonus round, that the vendor may or may not recover the game and just return your original wager. In my case, my bonus round concluded but my account balance was not updated.Selling the sizzle to you with the option to check out of their obligation to due to a clause in their player agreement that says due to online games getting "stuck" they may or may not pay you your prize in the end. I was so unsettled and troubled by this. Who in their right mind would want to take a chance on NOT getting paid for a legitimate prize amount, because of a clause in the player agreement.Go to a real casino where at least if your machine gets stuck during a bonus round they can restore it on the spot without delay at the press of a call button.The moment you hit a jackpot it registers in the Cash cage and surveillance as witnesses on a BCLC terminal. Go to a real casino if you're serious about winning a prize that you can KEEP free from clauses of a stuck game/technicality issue that allow them to just return your wager only should they deem it so after getting "stuck".

  I have been a long time PlayNow user, and have spent a large amount my money with the site. This last month alone i deposited over $14,000 and like other users get kicked out black screen ext not playing out. How is it possible everyone that is better big, and about to get paid. All of a sudden you get kick out/ black screen. I highly suggest dont use this site PlayNow. Its too much of a coincidence and *************** people are have the some problems. And I know for a fact that when that black screen or kick out comes that would have been a big payout. Because it happened to a few time in witch an error message come of but I was able to complete this spin and this one incident. And got paid big.Soo 100% they are kicking you out as youre about to be paid big.STAY AWAY
