            I was confirmed in for an appointment June 1st, including confirmation text messages, and emails, but was never called. I understand things can happen, but the only opportunity for assistance is via an email address that is only responsive monday to friday. This does not help in a healthcare situation. Now I'm left wondering if this is all just a scam company who now has my personal information. Not sure whether to rebook somewhere, or if they will ever call, or wait until monday? No help, no answer, no service provided. I am seeking a better system from this business (if it is even a real business), customer support the entire opening business hours and direction ASAP of how to proceed with my standing appointment. I will also be escalating my Member of Parliament and writing the BC health authority of these questionable business practices.

            Absolutly terrible they had cancelled within 10 minutes of appontment when they had over 24 hours the absolute worst now i missed a day were ic ould book with another clinic cancel this service its absolute garbage cannot give less than one star but would if i could
