      First time dealing with Granville Toyota and my experience has been the worst so far. Ordered **** hybrid in mid 2022, and almost 20 months later, I am still waiting. Sales/Manager refuses to provide any information on where I am in the queue. They claim they are transparent, but how is that transparent? Why that information needs to be a secret? I understand there is a long wait, but I was told up to one year when I placed my order, but we are now at 20 months! I know many people ordered the same car got their cars even though they ordered in 2023, their dealers have no problem telling them where they are in the queue. It become obvious when they called me told me that I could got a car sooner if I have a trade-in, but I was told having a trade-in or not won't make any difference when I placed my order! So is that being honest? It is now pretty easy to understand why they would not tell me where I am in the queue, because they can sell the cars to those who are willing to pay more or have trade in, customers won't even know. I am sorry, I will tell my all my friends and family my experience here, so they can avoid all of this.
