I paid Almost $700 to Scotia pardons , was told I had six months to complete the paperwork and get my fingerprints done and sent in. I did not get my prints done in time as I do not drive. Emily G***** called me and asked me to pay over $1000 to keep my file open and proceed to get the pardon. I told her I couldn't pay that. She then talked to her supervisor and said that my first payment did not go through. So they would only ask for the original amount of almost $700. I repaid it. Made sure to have all paperwork filed and sent in. I made the appoint for my fingerprints. Had them done and sent in. And took a picture of the final paperwork done and the envelope with the correct address on it taken before I went to the mailbox and mailed it that day. This was well within six months. . And Emily G***** called my months later and asked for a payment of over a thousand dollars to keep my file open. I told her I'm not paying *** that I had my paperwork filed and prints sent off within the six months. Emily very rudely said " could, would, should, I'm not helping you. I'm terminating your file". She will not return any of my calls she won't text me. I can't get in touch with anyone from Scotia pardons. Her behaviour was completely unprofessional!!

I hired Scotia pardons for us travel waiver in December, 2018. I paid 532.00$. Paperwork was received, filled out and returned the package to the address on the paperwork which was Vancouver. This was supposed to be a six month process. December 2020 they contacted me for incomplete information and a Re activation fee of 342.84. I told her to just forget about it and she ********** myself with collections. Resent all information they wanted plus fingerprints in January 2021. June 2021 they charged me again 342.84 for a Re activation fee plus another set of fingerprints November 2021 they have charged me another 342.84. I attempted to call they never returned the message. Now the phone is temporarily out of order. This has been three years since initial contact. This process was supposed to be completed in six months. I have followed through on my part four times. They have not provided what they advertise. They have taken 1560.52 plus cost of fingerprints and mailing. I have received nothing. I want this to end. I would love to have a refund but I know they will not do that. Scotia Pardons & waiver services inc 200-2010 Winston park dr Oakville, Ontario L6h5r7

I had started the process of getting a Pardon/Waiver 2 years ago at this point, I understand that Covid has caused Major delays but to not get any response to phone calls or emails is not good. Now their Number is Not in service. Recently (As of today) they attempted to process another $350 charge on my card with no invoice or attempted contact. I either want the Pardon/Waiver completed or a Full Refund so i can go elsewhere

At the start of 2020 I applied for a pardon with Scotia Pardons. I was very unsure but the owner Dale K*** assured me that I would get approved and not to worry. I paid the full price of just under 1500$. In Oct of 2020 they asked for another 80$ e-transfered for my court records. From that point on I could get a hold of anyone. I sent emails and called. I finally got an email back telling me that it was covids fault and someone would get a hold of me in September 2021. I have not heard from anyone. Yesterday 350$ was take off my credit card, this transaction was not approved as the last email I sent them I was asking for my original money back. I contacted the credit card company and told them it was a ********* charge and they are refunding me my money. This company is a ****, all there numbers are disconnected and they do not email anyone back and continue to try and take money that wasn't approved, discussed or anything.

I applied for both the Canada Pardon Suspention and the US Waiver to US Waivers and Pardons Services Inc (Scotia Pardons Inc) sometime Between June -August 2020. My caseworker was a Ms. Maya G*******, * ************. I submitted all of the requirements they needed including fingerprints, **** fees and other related documents which I have all upoaded for your review. Incidentally, this is my second application as I did not get a Case or reference No. the first time. They said it would take 6 months to a year to process. The pandemic then came. I followed up after 7 months but all their numbers were all disconnected and an answering machine just referred us to go to *************************. I did so on numerous occassions and finally got a General Letter addressed to all applicants from CEO Dale K*** apologizing for the inconvenience and assuring everyone that the applications are still in progress but with delays due to their staff and government workers working from home which is quite understable and that we can email him directly too. I followed up again after 2 months with a direct email to Mr. Dale K*** but did not get a response. I followed up agin last month with a direct email to Mr. K*** and mentioned that If I don't hear from them, then I will be obligated to report and file a claim with you *** *** *****  To this day there has been no response. I find it very unprofessional and the least they could do is at least send me a reply. Please help me rectify this problem Thank you.

I have been dealing with Scotia Pardons and Waivers since 2017. I sent the last payment by certified check for my pardon in the amount of $635.00 and they recieved it Nov. 7, 2019. I also sent the last remaining paperwork to them Dec.3, 2019 and have not heard anything back. I have sent numerous emails to Heather B**** who has been assigned to my case and also emailed on their portal with regarding the status of my pardon again no reply. I've been calling thier number since February of this year, nobody answers. I'm a little frustrated.
