      Transaction Date December 31, 2023 Paid $122.17, and my invoice shows paid in full Received my two boxes of contact lenses Placed new order for two boxes of contact lenses May 31, 2024, paid invoice in full for $125.17 Looking at my credit card statement Clearly charged not only the $125.17, but an additional $58.94.The $58.94 was charged to my card without any authorization or notice to myself. I reached out to the company and they tell me there was a billing issue with my order from December 31, 2023, so they are charging the additional balance owed. Okay fine, if I owe something no problem, but to just take money from y card without any acknowledgment or authorization, you can't just do that, especially when the issue was with their system. I ask the question, what if I didn't have that amount on my card or it was my last $58 to feed my family, I need to authorize and be informed if you're going to take money from me that I didn't agree to or know was even owed. No one called me in January 2024, or now or tried to even email me letting me know I owed money. Order # for the December order is ******* and my most recent May 31, 2024 order is ********.

      I have ordered from clearly several times but this time was different the last pair of glasses I recieved had damages in the lenses and I just recently made another order that stated November as the ship date so I inquired about this and was told not to worry it should only still take 2 weeks so I proceeded with my order only to recieve and email today saying all my lenses are backordered till the end of the year and that they will not allow a refund which is absolute garbage I feel like I was scammed. I won't be ordering again.
