Two issues .1. request to cancel and receive Refund back for online program costs. California retreat and online course to begin May 30, 2024.I missed the cancellation deadline in March 2024, I have been making monthly payments and there is one month payment remaining due on May 19 for which the payment will be because my accounts are overdrawn, I have no employment, and I am currently living below the poverty line. Im requesting this refund as an exception due to my financial crisis. I need money for basic survival skills and pay bills. I have sold my home to alleviate my debt. As I will not receive the proceeds for another 60 days until July 4, I have no funds. I have no income and my accounts are overdrawn. Thats why Im requesting the refund back for basic survival July 5. 2024.*****, the account manager at Echkart Tolle, Keeps insisting that the sale of my house is not a reason to cancel and receive my refund back, even though I am in a financial prices and I am in poverty, and I have no income.She is now ignoring my emails and not communicating with me.Issue 2:I had also pre-purchased retreat and online course for ******, In the past while my financial situation was stable.Due date cancel the Greece retreat is July 1, 2024. I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund prior to the cancellation date already and these requests are also being ignored.This is not ethical practice.
