applewood technician ***** came to my home to fix air conditioner instead he went on a tour video filming inside my whole house and my family without our consent, and i told him to stop, he ignored and continued and left without doing any work, and another tech from applewood on different day took picture of my family without any reason, we used this company for a while and we got a quote of their work from other companies and it was way cheaper, so their technicians do only trouble, having sick fun, give unreasonably high estimates and do poor work, i phoned their manager on the same day who listened to me and said i can assure you my guys would never do anything like that without even talking to ***** about his behavior and i replied you can assure me as much as you want but i told you what really happened today. this company is a joke,shame on them

Hello. We at Applewood are disheartened to hear of your experience with our company and some of our staff. We have investigated and reviewed your situation internally. After speaking to you on the phone, our sales team member, *****, promptly attended your home to provide an estimate for the replacement of your air conditioner. He also offered to supply your family with a complimentary portable air conditioner to curb the heat in the meantime. Our staff is required to take pictures of the area that the work will be performed at the job site to guarantee the work is quoted and completed as accurately, cost-effective, and efficiently as possible. After voicing your displeasure with him, ***** left your home and, at your request, did not send you a quote. We did not charge for this service, as we provide free quotes and estimates to our customers.
As a local family company that values trust, honesty, and integrity above all else, we do not condone performing work that is unauthorized by the customer. Again, we apologize for this misunderstanding, and hope that you find a company that meets your expectations.
