Service from Callaway so far has been outstanding. The person who schedules appointments is very knowledgeable and helpful. I also had to use their Emergency service - the plumber answered the phone and came right over. The bill was very fair for a 1.5 hour job on a Sunday! Great communication and professionalism.

Not impressed with their prices and invoicing system. Billed $*** for replacing a regulator and installing an expansion tank- half an hour effective work. Hi Dan, Sorry we didn't meet your expectations, You were charged for 1.5 hrs, the time it took to troubleshoot the plumbing problem, pickup material and do the job to fix the plumbing issue. Our hourly rate is $110/hr. When we install expansion tanks we also provide seismic strapping as well so it meets code requirements. You were charged a very fair price and if you wanted an estimate all you had to do is ask. We provide free estimates. A paid itemised invoice with the labour and material's would have been emailed to you for your receipt.
