Since 2003 Chard Development has focused its energy on downtown Victoria, successfully completing five residential projects:
Corazon,
Juliet,
The 834,
The Sovereign, and most recently
Duet in James Bay.
Chard Development's new projects include Escher on Broughton, an 84 unit mixed-use condo development now selling and under construction and 819 Yates Street, a 209 unit mixed-use purpose-built rental project also under construction. When Escher and 819 Yates Street are completed in 2016/2017, Chard will have completed over 700 condominium units in Victoria. The company is currently active in Vancouver with multiple condominium and commercial projects under development.
The company is committed to ongoing work within the City of Victoria and is the 2014 winner of the Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce Award for Business Excellence.
