This is the 2nd time that we have ordered from Blind Depot online, and we are once again completely satisfied with the 6 products we ordered. The install was easy, measurements was spot on, delivery was fast and the custom blinds are fulfilling the purposed for which they were intended. * ***** *** *** ****** **** **** *******. There is an online form to get a quote on products not advertised on their website. I completed this form and selected one of the brands listed. I received no reply. Ten days later, I phoned to inquire and the person I spoke to could not find the online submission. She offered to send a quote if I emailed the info to her email address. I did this, and again got no reply. If they didn't want to give a quote, or no longer sell the brand in question, surely common courtesy would dictate a one-line email response. That would have been fine. But this is just rude, *** ******** * ***** *** **** ** ** ******** **** **** ** ****Blind Depot Canada Inc./Store Depot Canada Inc.

We are super happy with our order, it delivered very quickly, within the time frame they advised, and packaging was done right; everything delivered in perfect condition and ready to quickly install. Zebra blinds and custom roller shades look great and well built, make the room look so finished. * ****** ********* **** ******** The shades I purchased from them are absolutely beautiful! We first looked at zebra shades at a big home improvement store. There was no one to help us, waited 30 minutes for the representative who said she didn’t have samples and was not very informative. We came home at little deflated and decided to shop online and found BlindDepot.ca. Their website is easy to navigate and samples came quickly by mail! We bought our shades in 2 custom sizes and just followed the directions on the website for measuring. As promised, they were made and delivered, they came with installation instructions and we we hung them right away.
