      Worst countertops ever. Saw marks on countertops and install was horrendous. The 1 star is fir showing up 9n time. ***** ***** ********* **** ********

      We had our kitchen island, counter tops, 1/2 bath and laundry room replaced with quartz. We had a bar style island and had them cut it to one level. It looks fabulous !!! The whole experience from visting their showroom to construction, workmenship and crew was nothing short excellence. The crew was professional, very freindly and caring. We highly recommend PF Custom Countertops for any countertop replacements . The manager even called to make sure everything was to our liking after the job was completed. In the future we are going to be replacing our other two bathrooms countertops and will definitely be dealing PF .

      we had *************** countertops installed in our kitchen July, 2020 we had problems (looked like grease stains) right from time of installation on our island countertops I requested info on all products (countertops-taps-sink) warranty so I could register the items to have the warranty in place,,will that took several months to get the info from them..but finally received it took Floform-Hanstone (manufacturer-in *******)-******* warranty rep (in *******)it took warranty till Oct, 2021 to approve replacement of island counter top..but was not replaced till May, 2022 they installed countertop-sink-taps..plumber arrived within 1.5hrs & by that time there were markings (witnessed by plumber) who called the advise them what was seen ******* rep from ******* was in the area & popped in to see what was happening..said he will talk to head office I have e-mailed Floform-manufacturer several times over the last several months..with no response its like they disappeared off the face of the earth **BUYER BEWARE**

      Worst company ever - unprofessional all around. Only used as went through Costco.ca and this is who they use. Neither has any customer service, no communication. Professional sales consultant makes appointments and come over 1/2 hour late, no text, no apology, doesn't know her products. talks you into most expensive products, but backsplash does not match counterop. Goes on vacation for 2 weeks but is gone for over a month, with no out of office on her email, nor does anyone in this company make us of this feature. Only provided with a quote with items numbers, no prices, just a total cost, Not asked about profiles for sink, nor countertop. Saw countertop profile she chose when template provided, and sink when it was in my house. When I informed them that is not what I wanted, was told that it what they do - so who cares what the customer wants, but they do what is easiest for them. Measurement for kitchen countertop was wrong which lead to being told couldn't get it, had to come and pick it up and reprofile sink template and would use remnants to make it fit. Job started Sept 6, completed Nov 6. Consultant bring 2 x3 samples and did not inform of possibility of large swatches of black running though it. Floform only has office in ********, production in ****, so you can't go and look at your slab before production. Spent over $17,000 for a kitchen with countertop and backsplash that are mismatched (consultant chose) and a bathroom countertop that is so ugly and filled with black splotches. I highly recommend saving yourself money and stress and use anyone else but FloForm
