      Order 4 subs - skip driver delivered 2 subs and they were steak and chicken. We ordered 3 Canadian clubs and 1 carnivore. When we asked for a refund they said “we’re not able to meet your expectations. Due to the number of refunds on your account we are not able to issue a refund going forward. This is a final decision and no exceptions will be made.” I tried messaging multiple chat bots and had zero help. I just spent $** on an order I didn’t receive. Plus I have allergies and couldn’t eat the items that were delivered.

      September 9, 2024 - I made an order from ********** using Skip the Dishes. The driver delivered my order to the wrong address. When I contacted their customer service, they showed me a photo the driver took but it was the wrong residence. I sent them a photo of the residence it was supposed to be delivered to and despite this evidence, Skip refused to refund me and only offered 50% in Skip credits, which is not acceptable when they did not deliver the order. Despite evidence showing the driver delivered to the wrong place, they did not even offer sending a new order or refund and promptly ended the chat claiming they cannot do anything. I contacted them again and their customer service did nothing to resolve this issue, putting the blame on me when I showed them evidence their driver made an error. This is unacceptable and the worst customer service I have experienced.

      I have been placing orders using skip the dishes for a long time. When something is wrong with my orders I am denied a refund every single time as if it’s automatically in the app that I cannot be refunded for problems. On 04-09-24 (TODAY) i placed a order and waited over 45 minutes for my order. When I got the food it was stale and there was a disgusting taste. I tossed the food entirely and ordered something else to replace what I originally ordered.       I received a gift card from a friend ** **** **** * **** ** * **** ******** *** * **** **** I had tried to use it multiple times in the first few weeks of receiving it. The amount was for $**, and I was paying the difference with my credit card. I kept getting an error that said “payment error, please try again”. I tried both of my credit cards, as well as my husbands, and I kept getting the same error. I reached out to the customer service team on the chat feature each time, and they kept telling me they will send a request away to review my account, and if I am still not able to put the order through after 48 hours, to come back on the chat and let someone know. I did that FIVE times over the span of 4 weeks, and they kept telling me the exact same thing. Eventually, telling me it was a problem with my credit card, and then on the 5th time, told me the gift card was fraudulent and they couldn’t redeem it. As mentioned, I ** * ***** *** **** *** spent HOURS trying to get this fixed. * **** **** ** *** ******** ******* ***** ** ***** ******* ***** *** **** ** ***** *this has been extremely frustrating and time consuming for something that should make things easier. I ended up reaching out on Instagram, and was finally able to use it after that. But was not offered any credit or apology for how this process was handled. It should not take having to reach out on a social media platform to get this rectified!

      I was given a Skipthedish gift card of $******* I scratched the area on the card where the card number is under the scratched area, I mistakenly scratched the area to much and destroyed the card number below the area to scratch. So I emailed Skipthedish support team and asked if I could get some help in finding out what that destroyed scratch area numbers was. Skipthedish support team emailed me back and said that I would get Skip Credits and that I could go ahead and make my order. So I made a meal order that came out to $****** and I looked all over in my Skipthedish account for Skip Credits of $****** and it was no where to be found and to this date September 3 2024 is still not in my Skipthedish account. I have emailed them a number of times sense asking what is happening and they haven’t responded. I made the order with my credit card at the time and I want Skipthedish to credit me for the $*****0 order.

I tried to redeem the coupon in the checkout and it said the voucher ran out of uses. So I messaged their support. They then told me that instead of honoring their advertisement they would simply be removing the message and not let me redeem the discount. The advertisement is also still up.

We told him that that's not what we ordered, and he said not to worry, call customer services and they'd issue a refund. The representatives were extremely unprofessional, we didn't feel for a second that they even considered the option of us telling the truth. After talking to management, they offered to pick up the "wrong item," and issue a full refund upon that. However, regardless of several follow ups, they never picked up the wrong item and never issued a refund. **** ** ******* ***** *** ******** **** **** *********. Needless to say that Skip lost a long-time-loyal customer, who ordered almost every day for years.
