We had our water heater installed by the Green Department HVAC on 02/18/2020. The water heater is in our basement just below our bedroom. Hydro came and inspected it after they have installed the unit, and all was good. The gas pipe from the water heater was located just above our emergency exit window. When you look at how it was installed, you will never expect that it blocks the window from opening. We just noticed it when spring came, and we opened it for cleaning **************************** We called Green Department to come and re-position the pipe. They did come and fixed it (we can't remember the exact date as we were not issued a receipt documentation for that visit) around July/August. After that visit, we noticed a distinct smell whenever we come into the house, but we thought that it might be from the glue that was used on the pipes. Months passed and we contacted Green Department again for another water heater problem. It was for the brown liquid that is trickling down from the water heater. Since they also do furnace maintenance, we requested that our furnace be cleaned and inspected. We do not have any receipt to provide because the water heater is still under warranty, no receipt was issued. For the furnace cleaning/inspection, Lito *******, the guy who came to fix the water heater and cleaned/inspected the furnace asked us if we want to pay in cash and since we have cash my wife paid him $90 in cash for the cleaning. He did not issue a receipt to us. When I came home and inspected the work done, I was not satisfied on how the furnace was cleaned because I had photos taken before he came to clean it and I compared the photo of the before and the dusts that were on the photo are still in the furnace. I raised my concern to Lito, but he said that they don't do dusting of the furnace and they just inspect and look at all the parts if everything is working fine. *************************************************
