    We got a house from this builder. we are having an issue with our driveway * ***** ** **** I contacted the builder and ask them to resolve but the are not responding.

    Our trades had come to repair the driveway yesterday (7/18/2024) and the driveway had landscaping materials on it and the homeowners were not home.

     

    Our trades will attempt to re-book and repair once landscaping material and driveway is clear of items/vehicles.

     

    We apologize for any inconvenience and will try to resolve these issues shortly.

    I am rejecting this response because: Kensington homes have all my information and can contact us before coming, we have cleared our driveway yesterday and there nothing on the driveway now.

    The issue we are having here is since the start of the summer(May) i doing every effort to contact Kensington to fix our driveway and they are doing nothing .
