I have requested hard copy for agreement terms to be laid out and signed..I have received NOTHING and I am frantic about the Policy.CANADA LIFE HAS AQUIRED MY POLICY UNBENOUNCED TO ME FROM MY HOLDER *** ******.       Two years ago I submitted a claim for my daughter's orthotics, and from "Canada life" were sending me back and forth multiple times, to the doctor who gave us the prescription, because they did not like the prescription. Two weeks ago, I submitted a claim for my son's orthotics, and the same story again. Their statement is the following: "Symptoms like ?foot pain? are not sufficient." Even if the doctor is not the same, they still do not like the prescription. I reached out to their customer service and asked what is going to change if the doctor writes more. They did not provide an answer. * ****** *** **** *********** *** ******** ********** ** *********** ********** **** *** *** ****** **** ******* I asked to escalate my case and to make a complaint, and I was told that a manager will call me. That did not happen either. Then I reached out for assistance, the person from my employer's HR responsible for relations with "Canada life" *** **** ******** *** ********* ******* ******* ******* * ************ **** * ********** ********** ** *********** **** *** ******* *********. ******** **** **** **** *** *** ************ Because of my previous experience with them I am pretty confident, that even if I request another prescription from the doctor, they will not like it, after multiple visits to the clinic and multiple prescription provided, then they will not like the papers from the orthotics clinic. ** ** ***** **** **** ** *** **** ** **** *** **** *** ****** ** **** ** ** **** ** ******** *** *** ** ***

      The worst health insurance I have experienced in my 59 year old life!. * *** ****** ** ****** ** ****** **** ******* ** * ******* ********** ******** ****** ***** I have been trying for 10 months to have my daughter's Dexcom G6 diabetes supplies covered at full cost. So far, after months and numerous incomplete or inaccurate advice on filing claims, poor communications from Canada Life and two requests for reassessments, I am now filing an appeal. Of the 11 months of invoices, 3 have no payment, 5 have partial payment, and 3 have full payment. How does that even happen? I am currently out of pocket for over $********

      I called on behalf of my son who works all day. I was told they could not provide any information of any kind. I was not trying to perform any type of transaction on behalf of my son. I was only asking what he needs to do to withdraw RRSP funds towards the purchase of a house. Is a phone call required? Is there a website that provides such information? What does he need to do? Sorry, sir. We can't disclose any information about anything.

It doesn't matter whether you call or email, you're waiting on the phone for 3 hours just to be hung up on and told you're going to be called within 48 hours and even then, sometimes they DON'T EVEN CALL YOU BACK. If you're emailing them, you get a different representative EVERY.SINGLE.EMAIL. **** *** ***** ******** ******* ** **** *** **** ******** ** ****** * ***** **** ** **** **** *** *** *** **** ** *** ****** ****** ** *** ***** *** *** ********** *** **** **** ***** ******* ******** They don't tell you everything you need to submit for dental claims, which they make drag on (I'm on my fourth month now with still no ESTIMATE on what they will cover for a non-cosmetic implant!!!!!!) so you lose interest in even filing a claim. ** ****** *** **** *** *** *** ***** ** **** ** ******* *** *** *** * **** *** ****** ****** ******* ***** ** ********** ************ *** ********* **** ******* ** * ***** ** **** *** ***** *** *** ******** ******* ** ******* ***** ******** *** ******** ** ************ *** ****** ***** ******* *** ************** *********

      *** ******** ** ********* **** *** ********* ** *** ***. They do everything they can to avoid paying. "Well it is not our intention to question you or your doctors prescribers choice of your treatment plan.. " they literally ARE! Spent HOURS and HOURS on hold, trying to contact someone and when when the wait time reaches two hours, it just hangs up. Dental is just as bad, 15 refusals for my son and countless paperwork for them to pay $***. It's such a waste of time..

      Phone wait times many hours or you get cut off. Need to wait weeks to have emails returned. Need to wait MONTHS to be repaid for claims.

      I have the Public Service Health Care Plan. I can't get reimbursed fully for my claims. Even though they provide their maximum allowable claim amount on their website, they decided to reimburse part of my expenses. ***** ******* **** **** ******* *** **** ******* ** ********** *** ********* ********* ******** ******** **** ******* ** ******** ******* *** **** *********
