    I had a small patch of unruly overgrowth in my yard (Branches, vegetation, etc.). I contacted Green drop, as I wasn't aware of the exact services they offer. I did offer a detailed explanation of my needs and they had plenty of opportunity to advise me that what they offer was not in line with my requirements. It seems they simply glossed over that, showed up to my property, sprayed a little around the edges and charged me the full amount for a service that was not really provided. I was advised to contact customer service, who ******* ** * ******* said I may be entitled to a refund, and that was the last I heard from them. I admit, this is partially my fault. I simply searched for lawn care, contacted the first few companies with good reviews. I told Green drop I needed branch trimming and overgrowth removal. They advised after the fact that all they do is spray for weeds and they cannot spray anything at knee height, and the entire patch was well above that. I imagine this "job" was a little over 10 minutes of work and the end result was indistinguishable from before. *********** * **** **** *** ******** *** ********* ** ***** ***** At the very least, they could have apologized initially and let me know they couldn't help with my situation. ******** **** ****** *** *** ***** ** ****** ** ***** ******* * ****** ************* Honestly, I feel I should be offered a full refund.     Kyle had spoken with one of our representatives prior to purchasing the vegetation control, and was aware that we do spray the area in question, however, we do not physically remove the vegetation. When he called back into our office, he was told again that we do not physically pull or remove the weeds, we just spray them. overall, there seemed to be a lack of understanding on what the customer was hoping to receive vs, what they had purchased. Kyle has since been refunded the cost of the application that was provided.

    I received a quote for fertilizer & weed control om May 15 for $****** which was paid . Received 1of 3 applications but still require weed control which they advertise if you aren't satisfied they will come back. They solicited another service aeriation & overseeing May29 for $****** which I paid. They were to come out June 12 to do the aeriation after 2 days I contacted them & was told My service wasn't done as my lot was bigger than they quoted. They would be in touch. I iniated the next contact. They said they would honor the aeriation if i agreed to split the cost of a fertilizer program June 20. Still awaiting new price, All I require is that they Honor there quotes which they confirmed. ***** *** *** ********* ** ******** *** **** ** **** *** *** ****

    Mr ********* received an initial quote at our base price by error. we sent an updated quote within the same day, however Mr. ********* had already paid for the original quote. we contacted Mr. ********* explaining the mistake and eventually came to the agreement that we would split the difference of cost on the accurate quote. We have resent the updated quote, minus the amount he had originally paid, and are currently waiting for Mr. ********* to pay the balance.
