* **** * ********* ******* ****** ******* ** *** **** **** ******** ************* I have not received a physical receipt for the amount of 1286.88 for 4 inch chimney liner brought to code. I am the power of attorney for **** ****** at * ********* **. this work was done on March 19, 2024. The check number was ***. All I want is a physical bill that shows me that I paid it I do not have fax machine or copier to do this as I explained to them earlier I’ve called them about four times and the receptionist **** said she send it to me, but didn’t I also talked to other people there and they said they send it to me ,and the other person said they don’t send out bills only emails The work was done on * ********* ***Business response

We have mailed a receipt to ********* ***** for the install of the hot water tank and chimney liner, that was on the original receipt.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Just to let you know, I got my receipt from Norris heating thank you very much for your help
