  Sonny came to investigate the problem promptly and provided a quote the same day. The service provided was within a couple days, and they did a great job! As muddy as their job can be, my home was spotless, and my yard barely looked like it was disturbed. Thank you for explaining what happened and doing what needed to be done. I appreciate your service.

  Sonny and his crew at Down Under are EXCEPTIONAL. He was at our home within two hours of my initial call. He walked me through the process of replacing our waterline and accommodated my requests not to damage my garden. He went out of his way on a frosty Saturday morning to hook a garden hose to our neighbour's outdoor tap so we had water in the interim. He answered all my calls on the first ring and was patient and thorough and calm through the whole process. His crew works so hard. They came at 7 am and we had running water by 3 pm. * ****** ********* **** *****. They are some of the most skillful, kind, respectful and hardworking contractors I've ever met. Also, they care about your family pets and ask about how to keep them safe while they're coming in and out of the house. I'm so glad they are here in Winnipeg should we need their services again. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I would give Sonny a whole sun!

  We were very fortunate to have Down Under Excavating help us navigate through fixing a broken sewer pipe. From the first phone call with Sonny until everything was completed, we were kept informed every step of the way and knew exactly what to expect and when to expect it. There was some question as to whom was responsible for the repair due to the location of the break but Sonny and his team were able to ascertain that the issue was on the City side and then worked with the City to get things fixed quickly. The Down Under team showed up when they said they would and got everything done quickly even with the added delay needed to work with the City. I have been so impressed with Sonny and his team and cannot say enough good things about them Thank you Down Under Excavating for taking care of the broken sewer pipe and for taking such good care of us.   Sonny and Dustin from Down Under excavating were fantastic to deal with. From the first phone call to them to investigate my suspected sewer issues , they were pleasant, courteous, quick to respond , helpful in addressing the problem, succinct, professional and did exactly what they said they would do, as described in their quote. They managed all the permits, inspections etc. that were needed,. They came when they said they would , managed the site carefully , were mindful of the landscaping, and cleaned up everything , when they were done, leaving only a minimum of disruption to the yard. * ***** ****** ********* **** *

  Sonny and his entire team were extraordinary. I cannot say enough about the genuine concern, quick response, attention to every detail, and overall superb customer service. They took care of everything - contacting the city, shutting off the water, laying down drapes to protect the flooring in the house, and really making sure I felt taken care of. At a time of unexpected stress with a leaking water pipe, this business really stepped up and made everything better, and fast! Kudos to the team, and thanks for everything.

  We can’t even begin to say how impressed we are with Sonny and his entire crew at Down Under Excavation. From our first meet, Sonny has been nothing short of professional while guiding us through the process, permits, insurance and even reminders when our water was being turned off. His team arrived right on time and begun to safeguard the road area, our yard and home with protective covers. They were so organized and it is obvious the work they do is a ‘well oiled machine’. Everything was absolutely seamless. Their work was so clean and precise that you wouldn't even known they had been there, except for a neat little 4 x 8 pile of sand in the background yard.

  AmazinOutstanding Service! Sonny, the owner over at Down Under is a true professional. We recently had a water leak issue at the connection to the city water supply line. After reaching out to a few different contractors, my instincts led me to choose Down Under. I'm glad I did. Sonny, the owner, really impressed me with his top-notch communication skills and friendly attitude. With 25 years of experience in the field, it was obvious that he knew his stuff. The Down Under team showed up right on time on the scheduled day and got the job done efficiently in about 5 hours, just as promised. Their work was so clean and precise that you wouldn't even realize they had been there, except for a neat little 4 x 4 pile of sand marking the spot where the hydrovac truck excavated 12 feet down to fix the pipe connection. * ****** ********* *** ** **** ***** **** **** *** **** * ***** *** ***** *********** ****** ** **** *** **** * **** ********* ********

  Sunny...what a guy!! Started with being the only guy who would come take a look at our blocked sewer pipe and assisted us with getting help from the city. Glad to say he got the contract to fix our pipe. Our stress was relieved. Great team of guys. Polite, punctual, cleaned up work site, no messing about. The world needs more Sunnys. I hope I never need more sewer pipe repairs but if I do, Down Under would be my first call.

  Sewer line was plugged. **** ** ** ******* ** * **** *** **** *** ********* ***** **** **** ** ***** I found Sonny in Reddit. Out of all the places! Sonny helped me explore every single potential solutions that are not involved digging a hole. He helped me thru and thru, even he may not get the job. He pointed that my main city sewer was full of sand and mud. * ****** *** ***** *** ** **** ** **** ***** Sonny came back, went into the manhole, poked around and called the city. Sure enough, the city came back with a vacuum truck, twice. Then, I know this guy is for helping the little guys. Sonny was very knowledgeable. He explained every single thing. (* ** ** ******** ** * **** **** *****). The solution looks good and it makes sense. Finally we know, that excavation is the way to go. We made a deal on Thursday before the may long and on Tuesday, they started. They came at 7 and at 1, my sewer line is fixed. The city has to come, inspect, etc. But I am so happy that the stinky sewer water is out. So glad I met this guy. He is a champion for the little guys (like me) **** ************* *** **** ******* ** **** ****. If you gotta dig a hole, down under excavation is the ******* way to go.
