Hello, I accepted to migrate to Bell MTS from another service provider for internet service that was offered by an authorized sales representative. The installation was agreed on July 29th which was completed without problems, but the internet service only worked for some hours as the service went down in the morning the next day July 30th. The problem was reported the same day and after initial checkings with the representative the problem continued, so it was scheduled a visit from the technical support for next day July 31th. After the review of the technical support guy the diagnosis was a cabling issue and I was required to place a ticket to get the solution by the cable department. I was expecting this problem to get solved immediately as I need the internet for my work, but until now (August 8th) there is no solution to the problem. I was calling every day since the July 31th, but the response from all the representatives were that ticket is holding in the cable area and they will schedule the repair at any time during the next days. That was not the response I was expecting from the representatives that were really unbelievable. I've just have another call today with other representative and he told that technicians will work tomorrow to fix the problem. I am just expecting this is not a easy response and really I can get my service fixed by tomorrow. It is unbelievable that Bell MTS can not fix the problem for 10 days ! Regards,Business Response

I was emailed a bill for Internet from Bell MTS. I do not have their service. I am with ***** I tried calling the sales service line 6 times. It just rings and then hangs up. I chatted online with an agent and Deborah just tried to sell me their service.Business Response

Bell MTS hired a third party to install fiber optic in the area and we were told they wouldn’t damage or leave our property unless it looked the same as it did before they started. Well this isn’t the case. My landscaping between the neighbor and us was left with no rocks and missing 2 bricks. I had contacted Bell MTS and they said someone would contact me within 48 hours. Well it’s almost 2 weeks. I want them to v come and fix my landscaping.Business Response

Hello : I am on promotion with Bell-MTS mobility until October 2023 and I also confirmed this with Bell-MTS representative on that on June 15, 2023. Today (July 20th), I received a bill for $****** that is three times higher than what I has been already agreed and confimed (both by email and phone) by MTS. Bell-MTS is now honoring its offer and charging me three times that what they agreed to !Business Response

On June 21, 2021, Shailwsh received a promotional offer for Fibe100 at $**, valid for 24 months. The offer period expired on June 21, 2023, after which regular rates apply.
It's important to note that Shailwsh migrated to the fiber optic service on November 5, 2021. However, this migration did not extend the promotional offer's end date. The removal of the offer on June 21, 2023, is accurate and in line with the terms of the promotion.Customer Answer

Bell Mts came to hook up my cable and internet. The gentleman that came to do the service told me he wasn’t sure if he could even hook it up. He eventually figured it out with a make shift wire and what not and said it was temporary. Well two years later and I’m still using a make shift design like thing to keep connected to the internet. Then they put in new fiber optics wire underground through my whole neighborhood only my new wire went even under ground. They are coiled up on my front walk way still a year later they dug my yard up and there is tube from an old sprinkler system sticking out three feet out of my front yard, **** *** *** **** *** ******** no one seems to be able to help as I’ve heard nothing back from them .Business Response

Bell Mts collections dept has been harrassing me for 1 year now. Calling me constantly, some 4 or 5 times a day. I have been a customer for the last 31 years, never having been late paying my bills. A lady on my street borrowed my phone to have service installed at her home- she had no phone so she borrowed my cell to book the appointment. I guess after installation, she never paid her bill. MTS had been harrassing me ever since. Even if I call MTS about my own bill or service, I can't put my phone number in the automation as it goes directly to collections and not Customer service. I have begged MTS to stop calling me and harassing me. I've even spoken to supervisors who assured me it would stop. It did for a bit, but keeps starting back up. I honestly can't take it anymore. Enough is enough. I have no affiliation with this person, nothing to do with them. I pay my bills on time all the time. I have never had anything go to collections. Customer contacted our office May 3rd to report service outage via BBB. Spoke with customer to inform of cable work required to resolve issue. Escalated ticket for the customer and repair was pushed ahead to same day. Repair completed and fixed service issues.
