You have to pay a $25 application fee before viewing a dwelling- they don’t reimburse you if you end up not liking the place. I’m pretty sure this is illegal in New Brunswick - they also require a credit check before the viewing, you have to go through the full application process before a viewing, insane.

Good day! This information is incorrect. There is no fee to visit a property or for a credit check. A credit check is only conducted after the viewing if you decide to proceed with the rental.Review fromJeff S.

The best property management company I have ever dealt with. The team in Moncton is very professional, transparent and reliable. I can't speak highly enough of Kamil and his team. They are good with people, they care about their clients and they have a great work ethics. They are also extremely communicative and easy to reach. We can tell that these guys have a passion for what they do and the services they provide. I would recommend Azena Property Management to either a property owner who is looking to have his rental property taking care of without any stress or a tenant who wants a stress-free experience.Azena Property Management Inc.
