      I bought 4 packs of Essiac tea! my doctor told me I absolutely can't take them! because I have a problem with kidney stones and this product is very dangerous for the health of my kidneys! I immediately wrote to this company... but no response! I sent 2/3 emails to the contact section of their site explaining my problem and asking for a refund but no response! they never never never answered me! They sent me the package anyway and now it's on its way to my house! they don't think it was a bad company! you don't treat customers in this bad way! I wasted my money on you! cancel the delivery and refund me!

      Thank you for your time today. This email is to confirm that we send ****** ******** ******** March 3rd order by mistake. 

      When we received her March 11th email claiming she had canceled the order prior to shipping date  we searched our email records and found a March 3rd email in in the junk email file that we had missed.  On March 13th we made a total refund to her order including all shipping costs and email her that we had done so.

      We have not received any communication from her since them.
