      Watch out for B.M. Wilson Paving and Chip Seal!! *** *********** and **** **** **** ******** ****** ****** **** **** *** ******* ********** ***** **! Just had a follow up inspection from **** SR, owner of the B.M. Wilson Paving and Chip Seal company, and got called a liar, a ***** skate and an ******* for requesting he correct the issues from his finished results. We had left a negative review stating what we got as a finished result wasn`t the vision we had been told by his son, **** Jr. **** Sr wasn`t present for any of the conversations, we had expressed our concerns about not having loose small pebbles for us and the dogs to track into the house and **** Jr assured us numerous times that it wouldn`t be a concern and that the majority would be embedded in the "sealer". **** Jr`s assurances were why we accepted this type of treatment. **** Sr didn`t like our honest review and thought he could smooth talk us into paying to have them fix the faults from the finished results. He realized I wasn`t paying to have him fix the issues he said **** Jr wouldn`t have said what he had assured us about the results and that "we only heard what we wanted to hear". I reminded him that he wasn`t there for any of our interactions with his son, before, during or after the project so he was calling me and my wife liars. He said his son hadn`t said what he did say and that I was a cheapskate for not wanting to pay him to correct the issues we were assured wouldn`t be issues. Needless to say I didn`t appreciate being called a cheapskate as we had paid exactly what our bill (over $9000) was while they were still finishing the job! We "discussed" a bit more and just prior to him leaving I said I would have to write a follow up to our review about today`s interaction and he said, "go ahead, I`ll just say ****** * ***** ********. Needless to say I don`t recommend using their services, unless you enjoy being dissatisfied with their work and then being ****** * ***** ********** ** ********

      I am sorry you that you are frustrated at not ordering the correct product, we strive to offer alternatives and advice when clients are unsure of product knowledge, I understand that sometimes financial constraints play a huge part in making many home improvement choices, in this case you chose to have a micro-sealed driveway at nearly 50% less than the cost of new Paving, upon my inspection June 14th the driveway showed no evidence of faulty materials or sub-quality work, your complaint centered around the small quantity of micro-chips on the top surface, this is a characteristic of the product you chose, this supports the sub-sealed surface and is also esthetically pleasing to look at, if you prefer this can be easily removed to obtain a clean sealed surface, however this is extra service which you did not order or pay for, your review makes some very inconsiderate statements about our company, we have thousands of satisfied customers of the last 20 years , so I trust members of the public and future customers will take note of my response.
