            I requested a quote through the BBB website for a CPAP machine and mask. The quote request specifically said that I lived in Abbotsford BC (on the West Coast and 4 hour time difference from NL). I received a call at 6 am and immediately pointed out that it was 6 am on the West Coast and I have a sleep disorder (although that should have been inferred due to my need for a CPAP machine). I said I was hoping to have an email response to which she replied, "oh, I just wanted to discuss a few things". She then started sounding irritable and said "You can call us back at a later time. Please take down this number". I am in bed, it's dark and I don't have a pen or paper, so I said: "can you email me the number please?". The lady then starts an ********* **** so I hung up and would not buy from them even if the equipment was a total of $50!!!

            Thank you for voicing your concerns. We apologize for the early phone call due to the time change. This was an honest oversight by one of our staff members as we currently only deal with local customers. In order to provide a quote, we need to discuss with the patient first to ensure proper documentation is in place (CPAP Prescription). We also need to ensure all patients are currently treated on CPAP before providing another machine. It is easiest for us to obtain this information via telephone, instead of email.
