            I purchased a single slider patio door in August and installed in august. the first rain,the door leaked ,i had to be home when ever it rained to spung water from the interior track on the door to prevent water from running in on my laminate floor. I filed a complaint and the service tec didn;t show until sept. He DRILLED 2 hole in the door to allow the water to run out of that track. I was then told the other holes, draining system (Holes) was designed to allow the water to run out through and prevent the wind from blowing in. and that doesn't work. I have a video where i used food coloring to color the water and it shows the wind blowing in through the holes. after a couple of conversations with Kento they told me that they figured the door was working as designed and there is nothing they can do,and they refused to take any more of my calls.If the door is working as designed then why did the service man drill 2 holes in a new door and why is wind blowing in through the out drain holes. this is not good business and i am a very dissatisfied customer with the product
