      our new $60k camper was defective, damaged, broken, and missing finishes. Was told some issues we pointed out would have been fixed before we picked it up.  It wasn't.  Was told it was PDI'd, it didn't because the furnace and plumbing didn't work/leaked. Stickers were still on floor and counter top. Vents on roof were not installed properly. Jack bolt was bend as we set up first time. Leak in slide-out was found on first time - how long has that been going on? Just to name a few issues. we expected and deserved more.Your teams excuses, bs, lies and incompetent service has endangered my family.You had our camper longer than us. If I had not contacted the manufacturer who made this camper, your service department would still be mickey mouse-ing around not know what they are doing. Can't believe a word about how your team serviced it. You should be ashamed of your ethics and substandard service to customers who put their trust and money into your team to sell them a new camper that should last longer than one short trip.  Your team had no issues taking our money and as soon as the papers are signed we got nothing but disrespect and hot air blown up our arse. Not only do we have zero confidence that any of the 18 issues have been addressed but we are scared to put this camper back on road...all about family? well what about my family's safety?? Taking back the camper or offering to set us up with another one would have been the way to go.  But after seeing other damaged stock on your lot I would never take anything even if you did offer.

      This customer has been verbally abusive to our service dept. The language was so foul we in fact had to disconnect the call. Every single communication either via e-mail or telephone has been condescending, ignorant and disrespectful.

      They did purchase a new trailer and with anything new, there were some items that needed to be addressed. This is why the manufacturer provides a warranty. There was no need, other than the customer to rage some more to contact the manufacturer and it honestly did nothing. The work order for repair was already open. We have kept the customer up to date on the progress of the repairs and they were in fact in today. Our tech as well as shop foreman ******, who is a master certified RV tech spent quite a bit of time making adjustments to the hitch set up. One concern was towability. Unfortunately the customer is towing with a jacked up truck and mud bogging tires, certainly not conducive to optimal towing. After a couple adjustments the customer agreed the unit was towing better. To our knowledge the entire list provided by the customer for warranty has been completed.

      There will be no refund of money and our law firm will be following up with legal action against this customer for their performance today. Free speech is welcome, but when that crosses the line to become a blatant slanderous  lie, this is a different story. The decals they stuck on their trailer saying our techs were on untrained was over the line for libel. We have submitted the photos already. To this end these customers are not welcome on the premises again. 

      All items have been addressed and we will be happy to provide them with another Venture dealer who can provide warranty. Our staff does not need to be abused by customers. It’s not appropriate and will not be tolerated.

      I appreciate the opportunity to respond to this frivolous claim and I’m certain the BBB will find accordingly and our A+ rating for serving customers for almost 50 years will remain intact.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      All lies from this owner since we bought it.
      Truck came this high from factory and wheels are not mud bogging tires...didn't buy expensive truck to go mudding at 58 yrs old. We take pride in our stuff. By the way, didn't know you were also a Chrysler dealer so never you mind about the condition of my truck. The sales guy saw our truck from day one and *** did too telling us there will be no issue with our truck to tow. We specifically asked this of the sales guy before buying.

      If your team was skilled they would have NEVER sold us this type of camper.

      As for *** helping us, he unscrewed and rescrewed the bolts on the sway hitch. Then **** came out telling him thats enough stop trying to adjust it. 
      Show me proof we were EVER verbally abusive to anyone in that dealership. We got mad and may have raised our voices from frustration but NEVER did we verbally abuse anyone.

      we never went back into your building except to drop camper off for repair and never spoke to anyone in an abusive manner 

      when we picked it up only words out of my mouth was to speak with Jeff.

      so pls let me know which employee lied about me being verbally abusive....or is that just you making it up.


      Condescending is all you and team...telling me that heater was in F vs C as if that's the reason why it never worked?? I'm not an idiot and I know how a furnace works as this is not my first camper.

      And the door being crooked service team wrote that a trailer needs to be level so door doesn't stick. Well as I mentioned it's not my first camper so yeah the camper was level so door should have never been stuck. And if it was a case of unlevel then why did they fix the bent frame.....again condescending is all on you and team.

      Also, my decals are staying there because it's not lies and everyone who stopped to see it agreed...even one hour away while we got gas someone told us their horror story about buying new and you dismissed their issues.

      I contacted the manufacturer because they needed to know who is selling their stuff and how terrible they are.

      Quite honestly, there is nothing to say to this tirade. We have no *** employed here? The verbal language was the yelling and swearing on the telephone which is why ****** ended the phone call. Clearly there is much more going on here than that of a few warranty issues on a travel trailer. We have addressed all items on the list and wish these people well in life.

      All you got out of our complaint is the name of the employee I wrote ...*** is what I wrote because **** called him that

      ****** was rude and ignorant and we called her out on it so she hung up

      Even **** said she hung up because we said we found her rude

      Issues have not been completely addressed because you wont take responsibilty nor accountability thus my complaint to BBB

      ~May 2022 a ~2019 travel trailer was purchased from Bluenose RV. Within 24hours of the purchase the bathroom was smelling terrible. The trailer hadn’t been well cleaned, there was an outside light that didn’t work. Bluenose was contacted within a couple days, we tried just diligently cleaning with no success. They made a on site call, unfortunately **** was unable to be present. A few minor details were touched on, they left a package of toilet tank tablets and that was it. The smell was overwhelming. Several calls where made in regard to this issue and nothing more was getting done about it. The payments were cancelled as the trailer was unable to be used for residing in. The trailer sits at the location where it has been being used. For more information or how **** wishes to proceed please contact him at 902-521-8608. My understanding is that they can go get the trailer and no further payment will be getting made.

      I'm not certain this complaint is even originating from our customer? The e-mail is clearly written in the third person and in my opinion the BBB should be doing a better job verifying these complaints. Nonetheless, I will respond as it has been forwarded.

      Our customer purchased a pre-owned trailer and had a couple very minor issues which we quickly resolved. The smell emanating from the bathroom was due to the customer not using toilet chemical. The trailer was parked in an area without dumping facilities and the unit was sitting for extended periods of time with no chemical being utilized. We explained to the customer chemical was required to break down the waste and mitigate any odor. We heard from him again regarding the smell and were told by the customer that he was using bleach. We again informed him, proper RV toilet chemical was what was required. It has been months since we have heard from this customer.

      Further to this there is no option to stop paying for something and us to go pick it up. If the trailer has been financed and the customer has ceased payment, the lender will repossess the unit. This has nothing to do with our company in any form.

      We will not be forwarding anything further. The customers bill of sale is not relevant to this, nor should the BBB be asking for such confidential information. If you would like a copy of the clients bill of sale or any personal paperwork, you should be asking the customer if they are willing to share this, not the business. Furthermore, I'm still not certain this complaint is even originating from our customer.
