      While I was still with Medavie Blue Cross With my company, My Wife was in a Bad Accident in the US Washington state with her parents. She had spent time in the hospital while in the care of the hospital both of her Parents died from copulation's. After My wife got home we received a bill from the hospital. The Bill for services was given to Medavie Blue Cross. We received an email September 2023 saying they had payed the bill for my wife's Hospital stay. On November 15,2024 We where told by a creditor the my Wife is now in Collections for the out standing Payment. I have checked the history form Medavie Blue Cross and found no payment history for the Dates from June/2023 to Nov/ 2023 there is no information stating payment was made. What is the point of paying a Provider if they lie and not make emergency service payments.

      Coverage is great but customer service is not great. Trying ro purchase a $5000 mobility scooter so I can be mobile. Hace had terrible sciatica for 3 yrs. now and every customer service representative has given me conflicting information for the last month and a half. Was told to purchase my scooter first so I did now after 14 days of no communication from them, I am told that I needed yet more information sent in and should not have purchased it! So very frustrating!! Finally talked ro a supervisor for another frustrating conversation.
