Hi, I was chating (through ********* with a sales man (A****) from Metro Used Car ** *********. I needed the car formy nephew. We agreed on the price but under condition my nephew will like it when he test it. He asked for a deposit and said it is 100% refundable(as you can see from our chat attached) if he dont take it. We are in ******* **, when my nephew came to ********* and saw the car he didnt like it ( from the pictures we couldn't see all details). I asked the A**** to return my deposit and he said they will. After a coupe weeks when I didn't receive the deposit I chated with A**** and he gave me his sale manager (T****) phone number and I called him and he said he will have his finance people return me the deposit. It was about 3 weeks ago. I called him again, texted him and email him but he didn't reply. I chated again with A**** and he said he did all he can do but it doesnt depend on him. Last week I called their finances and they said they will talk with someone but I still didn't receive my depisit from them. Thank you. I sent them the deposit by Etransfer. the amount is $400 on and was sent on September 24,2024. I need them to etransfer me back my deposit.

Do not buy from Buy Metro!! $5000 work of work needed to fix a vehicle less than 2 months after buying! Rotted oil pan, tire rod, boot and other issues!, Have been fighting with them for months (since Oct) now all the sudden the sales manager who was “seeing what he can do” is gone and replacement “can’t help” because “there is no record of any issues brought to their attention”! I have a video of the issues made by an independent mechanic in October, date and time stamped! Though their mechanics looked and said there was no issues (an hour after the video was made at a very reputable dealership)! I also now have an estimate for all the same work from a third mechanic their warranty company sent us to for another issue! Also phone records from dealing with them!

Hello, **** **** purchased his vehicle on 08/11/2022 , please see the attached warranty and purchase agreement . On 10/18/2022  customer had his vehicle in our service department to check over tie rods, oil pan and rear axle seal. One of our Read Seal Technicians looked at the tie rods, oil pan and axle seal and found the vehicle passed inspection . Buy Metro Pre Owned service department did not charge the customer for looking into the customers concerns. On 03/08/2023 customer was in our service shop to receive an oil change at no charge to customer. The customer notified ***** ******** he had repairs done to his vehicle on 02/17/2023 and 02/21/2023 at a shop in Truro and wanted money for the repairs that where done. The customer was informed he should have had his vehicle looked at by the Buy Metro Pre Owned service technicians before any work was done on 02/17/2013 and 02/21/2023 to determine what needed to be serviced.

    Thank you,

    ***** ********

Bought a car from this dealership in May of this year. Two weeks later it was in for minor repairs. I wasn't charged. A couple weeks later it was back for more repairs, which cost me between $400-$500. A few weeks ago I took it to my garage for repairs. This cost around $300. A couple of weeks ago I had it back at the garage for more repairs, costing me $1200. A few days ago the clutch fell out. This is going to cost me $1400. I contacted the dealer to see what they could do for me. They said there was nothing they would do. They did ask me if I wanted to trade it in for another, although they wouldn't be able to give me the full value of the car. So basically, their solution is to make more money off me. I bought my vehicle from this garage trusting that it was in good shape. I did not expect I would be shelling out thousands in repairs with six months of owning it. I have never spent this much money on any vehicle for repairs and I keep my cars for five or more years. I feel the people running this dealership are dishonest. I would like to be compensated for at least the clutch repair. Files attached show repairs done at my regular garage, and the cost to replace the clutch. I do not have to receipts for the repairs done at the dealership, but can get them if needed.
