    This company is a *****. I am extremely upset. I was sent an "apparent" e transfer to an account that was CLOSED. They are trying to say the funds were accepted or someone else accepted in A DIFFERENT ACCT THROUGH MY EMAIL. makes NO SENSE. really hope something happens with this company as I see here it has happened to others as well. Suzie the one i was speaking to who has according to her been at the company for 13 years and is unbelievably disrespectful calling me a liar saying I deposited the funds into another acct even though I have talked to my bank several times and well as interac. huge fraud and HOPE THEY ARE CHARGED

    To whom it may concern,

    The funds were sent via email money transfer (EMT) to the email address client entered on her application as per her request. Our system indicates that the funds have been accepted by the recipient and this is no longer within our control . When an EMT is requested, we only send it as an email and client can either manually deposit or it can automatically get deposited if clients set up auto deposit link to the email address they provide to us. We have provided client with the reference number. Please have her contact her bank or Interact directly.

    I did a loan for $100 and now need to pay $138 but I never received the $100. They are going to debit my account for $138 regardless. They refused to give me the $100. I have been *******, will call the police to file a complaint.

    To whom it may concern. Clients was approved at 5pm so funds would have been sent around 10pm EST to his account depending what time he signed the agreement.     I was approved for a loan by this company. It was supposed to be autodeposited. I have never had an issue with my autodeposit in 10 years. They said they sent it and I must not have my own information correct. I had a friend transfer me $5 to make sure it was working and it was. I asked for the loan to be cancelled as I now found the whole thing sketchy and was told once they send it's my problem. I feel like this is a scam to get PAD access to your account. There was never any loan sent or coming.

    To whom it may concern, Client was approved for a $150 loan and requested it to be sent via EMT to the email address on his application which we have done so. Client confirmed he has autodeposit linked to this email address which means when an EMT is sent, the funds will automatically get deposited into the account he has attached to this email address and we DO NOT have any control of this.     The former owner of this company was violating both federal law and provincial payday loans regulations in charging interesting. Requested and received refund as per the laws. Then I was barred from barred from borrowing for them with numerous different excuses.
